"Thank you for your reply - Unfortunately it does not help - I spoke to your customer service again this morning - there is no meaningful update. Which consumer laws are you governed by as your customer service is in the Philippines your warehouse in Hong Kong. Please do not wait any longer before you send to me a replacement camera. None of what has happened has anything to do with me. Other than you have my money and my camera and it seems no recourse or meaningful correspondence.
I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000 Digital Camera 0n the 20th May. I was told it would be with me within 5-7 working days. I got confirmation from DPD that it was on its way. When it did not arrive I called DPD who told me it was on the way to them from valuebasket. I then was told it was in the DPD Birmingham hub and told it was going back to Hong Kong as the paperwork was wrong - now 19 days later and all has gone quiet at ValueBasket - the customer service rep keeps telling me someone will get back to me by email and that I am not allowed to speak to a manager. PLEASE GET IT SORTED the camera was a birthday present!"
