"I order the item on 20 MAY 2015. Email them many times always give me same excuse will shipped as soon as possible but don't know when till today still not shipped. Please avoid Valuebasket highly not recommended.
This is the very first and very last time I'm going to purchase anything from them again.
(Warning Do Not Order From Value Basket is a Fraud)

"This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in the 18+ years since I placed my first credit card order online. Although the item was noted as in stock when I ordered, has gone by with no update. the Phillipines based call centre has made excuses but has been unable to provide either an update, an explanation or an expected delivery date. For two days the customer service phone number was offline with no one answering. I'll give it a couple more days, but I suspect I'll have to contact my card issuer to recover my money. I should have known that something was up when they have PayPal on their main homepage, but then don't let you pay by PayPal on checkout. I suggest you buy elsewhere."

"Hi Value Basket,

You promised for one to one exchange, I shipped the htc one m9 gold and your it arrived Hong Kong on Last Saturday.

No news from your side about received the item and the replacement set.

You Facebook representative telling me that I received the goods in good conditions so might not be able to placing me the new set.

On your website stated clearly that any damage set will be replacement based on one to one exchange. Sim card tray stuck can't fully insert on the days consider received in good conditions???

Now the money you taken and the faulty set shipped back to you and didn't got any reply from your side on my replacement.

Don't alway wrote back to your customer in a professional way that you value Basket can't even keep the promise.

First told me that you will get the agent to shipped out my HTC ONE M9 GOLD immediately for replacement.

Following asking me to return the faulty set back to value Basket and will send me replacement.

After I done all... I didn't receive any replacement or response on my replacement set.

Now i felt I had be cheated... Value Basket took my money and Defected set. How will you want us to believe that Value Basket can be trusted?


Same advice think before you buy, you might get the product you order. But it faulty then don't expect them to honor on thier promise for one to one exchange.

My case here is a very good case studies. Got the goods but defected send back and get no reply. Worse case is I might not be able to get back any things money and goods.

"My order was placed and my credit card charged on May 20 with the advice that the camera would be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. 8 days later I get an email saying that there is a problem and we hope it will be shipped by June 5. It is now June 4 and I have heard nothing further and when I logon it just says there is a problem.
No, I am not happy. Maybe very dissatisfied.

"Very impressed with the delivery, it came in 4 days after ordered like it said on the site, well done!!
Product was in good condition and genuine.
Only one thing unclear is the warranty registering. It is said to have 36 months warranty but there is no confirmation on it.
But on the whole, it is very swift and effortless process from ordering to receiving the item.

"I was given totally misleading information and advice on my order. After more than six days I was told it was out of stock after spending two days queued for delivery!!

I will not use this service again and will advise others against using it.

"I have still not received my item after 15 days and as yet it is still not ready to be shipped. I have sent emails and phoned numerous times to no avail. They will not tell me what is happening with my order. I order a lot of things online and even from the United States and it has never taken this long to get to me. I will never recommend this site to anyone I know.

This is a follow up review it is now more than 4 and a half weeks since my order and dispite assurances on this website from Value Basket that they would prioritise my order (Reply posted here), I still do not have my order no one can tell me when I am likely to receive it and customer service does not exist. I am now paying interest on my credit card for something I still have not received. Please, please stay away from this site. Do not order anything from them they are useless.

"The worst on-line service I have ever received
I order a Panasonic Lumix FZ200 Camera from this company on 19th May 2015.
On 27th May 2015 they emailed me to tell me my order had been shipped. Then I get a SMS saying that my order will be delivered on 1st June.
I take a day of work to receive my order and check the courier's website to make sure it is out for delivery. It isn't.
I call Value Basket to enquire and I eventually am able to understand enough to establish that the courier hasn't even got my order to deliver. It is "In transit" to the courier. Because of this I can't even cancel my order.
Customer service can't even tell me when I will get my order and will find out and email me in 48 hours!
I find this level of service to well out of order and will NOT recommend anyone to use Value Basket.
I am ver doubtful that I have been told the truth. I don't know when my order will arrive and tomorrow I will have been waiting two weeks.
