Items are deceptively advertised and when questioned, staff are antagonistic. Wont remedy the problem, staff are too quick to pass blame onto customer. Thanks Marie, maybe one day you'll be the customer and realize what customer service should be all about!!!!

"on purchase I was told the item was in stock and will be delivered in a few days. Later I received and email saying there would be a delay (this is okay), but the email said it was because you where very busy. The email seemed untrue to me, I suspect you did not have the item in stock and ordered it in. I would not care if there was a delay if I felt I was been told the truth. I am left wondering if I will every get my purchase. Otherwise I like your store, your prices and your website. I just don't like feeling like I am not been told the truth.

"The goods were delivered later than you advised. Initially I spoke to one of your telephone operators in The Philippines and was advised that the product would be sent in a couple of days. After that I phoned again butI was unable to contact anyone because your telephone number had some technical problems but a voice message advised me to contact you at ****@****'. A reply came back that the email address was unknown. I did check it again and I had used the correct address. When you eventually gave me a tracking number, I clicked on it and it said number unknown. I was beginning to worry if you were a genuine website. However although I was unable to contact you I did finally receive updates on tracking progress and finally the product arrived in good condition. Unfortunately whilst the package included multi international power adaptors, none of them were suitable for Australia. You need to improve your accessibility during the delivery process and make sure the product is delivered suitable for Australian use. Even so I am satisfied with the product. Thank you.
