"item was listed as having 6 available when i purchased and shipping within 2-6 days. it has been 3 weeks and the item has still not been shipped. my guess is they didn't have 6 items available at all.
I received an email after 4 days to say there was a delay in the warehouse and it would be shipped in another 2 weeks. what warehouse has a delay that bad.?!"
"Ordered and paid on 06/04/2015. Waited until 16/004/2015. No sign of the item ordered. Emailed and queried. Was told the item was not even dispatched. Later, when received the email with the tracking number, clicked on the button. Was told "the tracking number NOT found" It is a first bad impression on the first time buying form Value Basket. Give 2 stars rating because it was a quick respond from the email I sent to ask "Where my item is".
