"My order was placed and paid on the 18th March with the item "In Stock" and shipping "typically 1-2 days".

It is now the 2nd April and not only have the goods not arrived, but ValueBasket can't even give me a delivery date!

Today I requested either an immediate (speedy) delivery date or an immediate refund. I will submit a further review when I know more.

At the moment, I am extremely unhappy, but I remain hopeful that ValueBasket will do the right thing.

Update as at 11th April. Received an email from VB earlier in the week to say that my refund had been processed. The money showed up in my credit card account today. Not a perfect outcome, but in the end I was glad to be able to get my money back."

I've been given a tracking number and told my item has 'shipped' but when checking the number with the courier company the message is that they're still waiting to receive the item. Online research shows that this company exists in several countries and are a complete scam operation. They take your money very quickly but do not deliver the goods. I am claiming my money back from my credit card company and have reported them to Action Fraud UK."

"Was told twice the item was being dispatched when I rang - no contact from ValueBasket. Then told item not available 2 weeks later - asked to cancel order, was told I had to send an email. I did and still no response.

You cannot supply the item so you need to refund the full amount otherwise I will have to contact my credit card company and report a fraudulent transaction."
