10 days after order (of in stock item) ...order in a queue...when I asked for info kept getting the same old story ...due to ship order....cutting log story short asked for refund .Received the refund a week later. my guess it they are obviously trying to get kit from HK or the like and using the currency difference to make margin. Meanwhile you wait & wait AVOID

"Please don't be lured in by cheap prices if you value any after-sales support. I bought a Samsung Tab which developed a fault with the screen so after so i returned it under the warranty. I was informed that it would take 2-4 weeks for repair. That was 8 weeks ago. I regularly check for updates, but just keep on getting told it takes 2-4 weeks. I have tried speaking on the phone, but no-one knows anything at all. I have been informed that my issue has been 'escalated'. I don't think they know what this means. Customer service is completely awful. I wouldn't mind if it took 8 weeks to repair, if that is what i was told, but I keep on getting told the same things and nothing ever progresses.

Please, please, please spend a bit more money and go to a company who is able to deliver on their promises."

"Bought a Samsung tablet from this company on 5 August 2014. I had to cancel the order because they did not deliver it in the specified time. I asked for a refund. They still tried to deliver it although the order was cancelled but I instructed the courier to return it. It is now 15 September and I have still not got my refund.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND THEIR CUSTOMER OVER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
Update: Following their reply that they have issued a refund, they said exactly the same thing on 29th August and I am still waiting!"

"Bought Nikon D7100 and Nikon lenses 18-140mm saved £400+ cheaper than Digitalrev or some ebay and Amazon seller but only problem was the delivery which took 21 days after chasing up with customer services.
If you want to wait and save money, I recommend it otherwise spend about 35%+ more and get it from the high street. I was not in a hurry so I waited and I was suspicious in times as I began to read so many negative reviews. As for the camera and lenses, all new and working fine. At the end after nerve wrecking few days, I saved few quids which I needed to buy Tripod and other accessories. Overall I think VB is a good seller, If they can improve the logistics side, it will be great."
