My order for an item in stock worth over $500, placed on the 12 of December, was in an unknown stage by December 27th. Thinking of Christmas service...... NOT even an acknowledgement with an estimated date. Nothing!. On the 25th received an email, saying that they are testing the item, like if they will open every single box and test how it work...

But after contacted Value Basket on the telephone they prioritised my order at no extra cost and received the item a lot more quickly. I actually got it on the 22nd December. It took 6 days to get from Hong Kong to Germany and then to the United Kingdom and my house! Now that is what I call incredible. Probably the greatest service I have ever received. "What can I say. Value basket ruined my Christmas and let me tell you why! I placed my order 4th December for a Canon camera and I called them the next week to ask if I will get my order by 22nd because I'm not going to be in Spain for few weeks. The man on the phoned assured me that I will get my parcel. Now, it is 19th and I still do not have my camera which I wanted for my Christmas holiday. I was trying to call yesterday and they constantly dropped my phone call, so I was wasting my money for nothing. Finally, we reached them and they told us to call to DPD and guess what??? Tey said that they do not have the parcel. So we called again to value basket and they told us that they will contact DPD and send me an email and guess again if I got it??? NO. NOTHING. So here I am, just before Christmas, without my present or money, with no desire for doing anything and not knowing where my camera is now..... Thank you for the WORST Christmas ever!!!
