"Ordered 04/07/12 arrived 17/7/12, don't expect quick shipping from this shambles.
I contacted them minutes after placing the order asking if they could put the item on express shipping (in time for my daughters birthday) and that I was willing to pay the extra, as the option was not available at the time of purchase, I received a reply saying it would be put through as a priority. I phoned on my daughters birthday and they said that there had been a problem with stock. On Thursday 12th I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, amazingly within 5 hours there had been stock allocated and it was shipped on Monday 16th from Hong Kong at 12:25 BST at 11:38 BST on Tuesday 17th it arrived, amazing what threatening with Trading standards and asking for a refund can get you.
This company is useless, sells Grey Imports from Hong Kong which are not covered by either Canon UK or your common or garden House insurance either.

To summarize if you want cheap goods but have no warranty by the manufacturer within UK only Value Baskets in house warranty, which I dare say is not worth a damn and you don't mind threatening them to get it or waiting an age for it, then buy from Value Basket."
