"Porduct arrived as promised but there were a few teething problems on the way.
My main gripe is that they do not reply to their emails. I was wanting some advice of lenses and filters but gave up in the end and bought what I thought would be a good combination of lenes for the Camera although they are Ok some good advice would have made it easier for me.

"Read carefully "ValueBasket.com courier services will deliver dispatched orders usually within 3 to 5 working days". Which doesn`t say WHEN they are going (if...) to dispatch your order.
Placed order on Wednesday. Thursday no news if it is going to be dispatched in nearest future. Called Customer Service. After 10 min they answered and told me that orders usually dispatched within 5 working days + 10 more days for delivery. Which means 3 full weeks before you can start complain and demand your money back.
Tried to leave review at http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/evaluate/valuebasket.com, could not to do it says because my order number is invalid!
Probably the best solution for me would be to call my Credit Card provider and cancel transaction.
Will never use Valuebasket again.
If you are looking for best price and services, go instead to www.digitalrev.com Items dispatched within 12 hours, with DHL. Delivered in 2 days time. And these both companies in Hong Kong. Fill the difference. "
