"These ppl really care and go above and beyond for customers . I had an issue with not receiving my order than said delivered yet I never signed for it or picked it up ( live in apts and have to go to the post office for these things so no way it was just delivered ) . Well Route was mixed up on my order and had me doing all sorts of things bc they thought it was thousands of dollars when it was only an Eleaf vv 40w Battery , lol . When I told VA they immediately stepped in , kept in contact with me everyday and after waiting over 2 weeks dealing with Route , VA had them set and sent out my order within 2 days of talking to them . Route is great to have they just made a mistake and VA made sure it was corrected and fast! Tony was great , he called me apologizing for Route when it was not VA fault . Thanks Tony and everyone there , you guys really helped me out and went out of your way to make sure I had my stuff and I was happy ! You just don’t get customer service like this anymore , especially online ( and for a $35 order !) ! I’m a happy customer and will be for life . Thanks Vapor Authority ( & Tony!) !!
