"Our third Vape Authority order’s package was confirmed lost by the USPS. We mentioned that in an email to V.A., before putting in a replacement order. We assumed we’d be out the $55 that the package & shipping had cost. But no - these wonderful folks said they’d replace the order for no additional cost! Which they did, even though we included an additional item free (which we’d have been happy to pay for). They sent that package 2 day Priority Mail, so it all had to cost them well over $65. We were flabbergasted when the package arrived 3 days after we had placed the order via an email with their main customer service rep, Jordan. Also, we had an earlier question regarding replacement coils and the proper type of e-juice to use. Called them, and a knowledgeable rep gave me a really in depth explanation that I needed. We will keep ordering from this company as long as vaping remains legal. "

"I placed an order here for about 350$ since they actually had stock of what I wanted only to have it canceled 3 days after placing. The company chooses to not ship to secured PO boxs. They wont answer a question why either, talking about you Adam. They charge extra for usps protection but wont use the most secure feature they offer. Ridiculous and not covered on their website at all. If verification of identity is the goal for compliance than why wouldn't the most verified identity ship to location be accepted? They want to sell you information and you cant spam PO boxs. Couple this with the buggy and barely useable shopping cart that crashes over and over. If the few dollars you save is worth the hassle and you support people that make up unwritten policies at a whim, order here. Otherwise do business with a real company."

"I’m really picky with my vapes. There’s honestly only a couple of flavors and brands that I like enough to use all the time so I don’t experiment as much since it gets really expensive. "I've been ordering from Vapor Authority (VA) for a few years now. Their e-juice prices are so reasonable and their variety is so vast. I also buy my coils and other items from them. But what I appreciate the most is Vapor Authority's attention to detail. When you get a package from them, it's like getting a gift. You will even find a black sealed envelope with your receipt inside.

A couple of orders ago, my shipment got stuck in shipping hell. It took forever for it to get to me, more than 10 days. I could see it enroute, but it just sat at a distribution center. I emailed VA to let them know my concerns and they said that it if didn't arrive, they would ship my products again and gave me a discount code for a future order. Luckily, my package arrived a couple of days later.

With my most recent order, I ordered far in advance of "needing" my e-juice. If it took three weeks to arrive, I would be fine. I learned from my past experience.
