After checking out I realized I got the wrong juice and it was the weekend and I’m like ‘Oh great no one is going to see an email that I messed up and it’ll ship’:( To my surprise, Monday morning I had an email from vapor authority letting me know they didn’t have the nic level I wanted with the right juice and how would I like to proceed. After a few more emails back and forth with my questions they got me what I needed and shipped it right away! They were so nice and I felt like I was the most important customer they had that day! I am always happy with Vapor Authority. In fact, I have never had a problem in the 3-4 years of doing business with them. Their customer service department is beyond reproach ... real professionals. I've never had a problem with any product they carry, nor have I ever had to return any product because they sent me the wrong one. They carry a wonderfully wide selection of products. The online store is a shopping delight since it's so easy to use. The shipping department is wonderful ... they strive to get products out as fast as possible. Order on Monday and it's shipped out on Tuesday. I call that excellent customer service. Vapor Authority keeps me in the loop with emails so I know when my order is shipped and when it will be delivered. Lastly, they make your secure paying experience easy-peasy.
