I did have the receipt so after checking he did allow me to return the defective one once I gave him a tracking # . "Unlike many others, I only use one juice. I've tried tons but, still prefer this particular kind. After not being able to locate it in any vape shops nearby, I turned to the internet. "I’ve been truly impressed by the level of great customer service extended by every person I’ve had contact with at VA. Whether it was the chat rep who went the extra mile to help me solve a problem I was having, the person who helped me fix an order I’d already placed (and messed up!), to the amazing guy who answered my email (which included several questions) with a phone call(!?!) saying “rather than a long, drawn out back and forth by email, he just call and answer all my questions at once.” WOW!!
When is the last time you’ve had service like that?!? Okay, maybe when you paid cash for that new Tesla Roadster or dropped $100K at Tiffany’s on some trinket. But to someone whose orders are usually under $lOO.............I highly doubt it.

"To make a long story short, I purchased a SMOK Mag kit they claimed to be authentic. The battery compartment wouldn't close and did not hold the + or - sign on the outside of the compartment as did all video reviews did on Youtube.
It comes with information to check the codes to see if the product is authentic. I already knew that it wasn't but I did it anyway. The codes proved the device wasn't authentic. The coils came with the seals broken.
Upon contacting Vapor Authority, they denied that the product wasn't authentic. I have sent my starter kit & coils backs. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB, and so forth to obtain a refund including over $13 shipping costs.
I noticed on the BBB site there was a complaint that you can't open and read, but they have obviously put approximately 20 good reviews for the company on the BBB site. No one puts good reviews on the BBB site. It is not for that purpose."
