"I ordered saddlebags using their browse by bike feature. They came and did not fit the bike. They would not pay for return shipping, even though their website states “you will receive a return label via email” and “retain the tracking number and use it for every correspondence with us”. Even after calling and stating this argument, they refused to pay return shipping on an exchange."
"I would give them a zero if possible for customer service and quality. They sent me an incomplete order (I ordered saddlebags, a trunk and quick disconnect system for the saddlebags). I received support brackets for the saddlebags (saddlebags missing), the trunk, and the quick disconnect system. Both boxes were intact but the saddlebags were missing. There were inconsistencies in the shipping weights of the packages which they refused to consider. I sent pictures but they refused to accept the order was incomplete and pawned it off on UPS. The product I did receive was defective (the passenger backrest on the trunk was defective). It took four weeks to get return authorization. Their management never contacted me despite four requests. When I returned the two items I received (trunk and quick disconnect system in the same box, they said they only received the trunk). Initially they refunded me for the cost of the trunk without the tax I paid. They never refunded me for the quick disconnect system. I personally think they have a thief in their warehouse. They do not value their customers and they do not investigate complaints. These guys are horrible! I would not do business with them. I personally suffered a loss of about $750.00. I filed a complaint with the BBB (who they did not respond to). I am told you can see the complaint on the BBB website for the next 2 years. I would not do business with this company nor would I desecrate either of my beautiful HDs with their products. Ride safe everyone!!"
"I noticed a few guys with Viking bags at Sturgis this year and I really liked the ruggedness of them. Once back home I started looking for new bags as my old were ripping. Gave them a call top see what they might offer for my softail and the phone representative was really helpful and took his time with me even though I had a ton of questions. I ended up going with the hard bags and a trunk to match it. They are all key lockable and have a really really nice leather wrap. The installation was straight forward, and the order got here in about 4 days from Chicago. Im genuinely happy I decided to check them out. I now have a fully set up bike ready to go for next year! "

"I purchased these thinking that they were specifically made for my bike as I didn't want to spend several days messing around with installation. I thought I would screw them into the frame and be done in half hour. It took two days to install these as they came with the wrong hardware so I had to purchase bolts and modify brackets to fit the bike. Buying these you pay extra for the shock cut outs and you loose storage space when in all honest the bags mount so far away from the frame that you don't need the cut outs. I called Viking to share my experiences and express my concerns and found their customer service to be extremely poor. Julio was very rude and didn't even apologize for sending the wrong hardware or acknowledge my issues. How can a company improve their product if they don't care about their customers? Anyway, very disappointing as my bike is my escape and this whole thing makes me feel like I don't even want these bags on my bike. I will never buy anything from Viking again. For this price I expected quality and good customer service. "

"Last fall, I purchased my new Viking Bags to go on my Harley Dyna Glide Custom, just before my trip to the 2017 Sturgis Rally. It was easy to install - nothing technical. Once on the trip... and after 3.5 hrs in the rain, I was more than happy to say things stayed dry. I love the room these bags have. I got them to replaced my old Iron Bags brand saddlebags. They feel like they have twice the room and look fantastic.
I also bought the quick detach mounts to go with the bags - easy on, easy off... and I bought a VikingBags brand large sissybar bag for the trip too. All very nice stuff - no regrets. I'll have them all for years."
