"This market seller is a scam.
Immediately upon ordering the item I was told via e-mail their stock was damaged and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I requested cancellation and received verification from them that the order was canceled.
My card was still charged by NewEgg and bogus tracking information sent to me. The tracking information did not exist in NewwEgg's system. The phone number for VirVentures from their e-mail correspondence to me was not a real phone number.
Because of the market seller status of the NewEgg order it took three weeks before a refund was entered and will take another week before I actually see the money returned to my account. The good people at NewEgg are basically eating the cost of this fraudulently sold item as there is no way to actually contact the seller.

"This company listed in item at the wrong price one that was not very good for them so immediately I ordered it and immediately they charged my credit card one and a half times what it was supposed to be charged. But since the company cancel the order amazon has no record of the original post in its like it never existed. The company told me and originally told Amazon that they accidentally listed An item that they don't sell they weren't able to provide the item the reason for cancellation was it was out of stock. Later Amazon tells me that the item was accidentally listed at the wrong price And in the same email from a customer service representative they mention the model Name of the item but it was the wrong one in lower priced item that has been discontinued that is not as good. There is actually a record of that the model I ordered was a 250 square foot purifier not the 175. The problem is I can't reply directly to that letter from amazon customer service because it is an email address it does not take replies. I was told I was getting a full refund and actually I was told that that was because of my trouble they were going to try to redeem themselves by making it for the full Amount Including shipping and handling which nothing was shipped nothing was handled I was told that the item never existed, so how does this redeem you? So to sum up the company claims it sold me an item and never had charge me for the item charge me to ship a non-existent item that was supposed to have free shipping amazon has been allegedly working on the problem and they gave me A $5 gift for next time and it only cost me $143 that I got nothing for. What a bargain!"

"“Con Artists!! Stay away!!” - I work in a professional field and have NEVER encountered the evasiveness and level of deceitful behavior VirVentures engages in. I ordered an item that was not as advertised nor sturdy enough for use. When I explained this their reply was they "do not accept opened packages." Luckily, Amazon felt otherwise and initiate a claim into their unscrupulous actions. After the claim was filed, VirVentures "changed their tune" and miraculously decided to accept opened boxes but want it shipped to the original manufacturer and not them (which is very shady). Further, they expect me to pay for return shipping costs and give extremely arrogant responses in their emails. I know they will find some excuse to deny a refund on the item once they receive - this seems to be their pattern of behavior. My best advice is to STAY AWAY FROM VIRVentures - as the "Vir" is an abbreviation for VIRUS!!!"

Just spoke to customer services first there was a polite and helpful person she confirmed my details and transferred me to his colleague Richard who helped me to solve the issue in a professional manner, and all that was done in an 10 minutes only with 2 minutes of wait. thumbs up and hats off for them."

The website makes it easy to change the shipping address. The couple times we have had an issue with something we ordered were amazingly resolved, both Amazon folks and the sellers made sure they made it right, returns are easy and well handled.
