We ordered a garage shed for over $3000...

"We ordered a garage shed for over $3000 from Walmart. However, after ordering we found out the seller was actually Virventures. The item was defective with misdrilled holes and can't be put together. We called the number in the package which turned out to be the manufacturer. They gave us the number to Virventures. The customer service of Virventures STINKS!! They keep giving us the run-around. We have complied with everything asked for, pictures and an explanation of the issue. We have also sent the info to the manufacturers email at uspolymersinc. They are no help either.
We have a return window of until March 14, 2020. And from what I read from others, they will keep postponing until it's past the return date.
I have contacted Walmart and their customer service rep is helping to take care of this issue. Who can afford to lose over $3000?? This company is a scam. Beware!!!

Broke Furniture

"This company is horrible and a rip off. I bought a sectional from them and it came to me damaged and broke. I filed a claim and was told to send it back. They did not pay for shipping nor did they offer a new set. I am out several thousand dollars for shipping of this lousy, cheap furniture. I called an talked to several people to which they replied, "we will call you back". This has been since November 2019 and I have yet to receive a call. BUYER BEWARE:DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!"

Do yourself a favor: don't buy from Virventures.

"The first company ever that made me go online a write a bad review.
I ordered 2 floor lamps on Walmart's website on December 2nd, 2019 (more than 3 months ago).
After 2 weeks(!!) I get 2 totally different floor lamps. I opened the first box to make sure that the item is wrong, saw that the second box has the same label, and called Walmart to replace the items that were wrongly sent to me. The Walmart's customer representative gave me Virventure's phone number and told me to deal with them since they are the vendor - and then the fun began.
I call Virventure's "wonderful" customer service. They answer. They tell me to email them a picture of the received items with the order number. I do it. A week later I call them to ask whats up with my return, they tell me they're still processing. After I email them again, they tell me that the original lamps I purchased from the website are out of stock and there is no ETA for it. I decide that I don't want anything to do with this company and I just want to get reimbursed for this bad, bad purchase. They say okay and tell me they'll send a UPS guy to pick up the wrong items. The UPS guy comes with ONE label and takes one box. Left with 1 box, I call dear Virventure again to ask for my money, they say that i'll have to wait until the product gets to their warehouse (we're in January 21st 2020 already at that point. Remember that I made the purchase in December 2nd, 2019?)
Today, February 18th 2020, after many emails asking for my reimbursement, I get an email from Vir ventures saying that the product was finally received in their warehouse. THANK YOU!
But oh, WAIT! Now they tell me that I have to wait until they "verify" the item. THE PACKAGE THEY PICKED UP FROM ME WAS NEVER UNSEALED AND STILL HAS ALL THE LABELS ON. Also, for some reason they didn't feel the need to "verify" that the items they shipped me were the items I actually purchased. Very odd.
I'm sure you're asking yourself what happened to the other lamp that the single-labeled UPS guy was unable to pick up. Well, it's been lying on my bedroom floor, alone and abandoned, waiting for the messiah to pick it up and deliver it to Vir venture's awesome warehouse. Hopefully he'd also be able to "verify" the product on his way there.
I never thought I could hate on a company this much. I REALLY hope they go bankrupt.

Worthless! Unresponsive

"I had ordered a product from Virventures via amazon. It never shipped. I contacted the company after six weeks to ask if they were going to ship it, but got no reply of any kind. Then a week later amazon cancelled the order stating that it's due to a lack of availability, but other sellers have it. Virventures is pathetic! They don't care about offering items that they can actually provide. Avoid them unless you like having to wait forever and then getting your item elsewhere. "

SCAM

"To be it simply, they will not process any returns. What was displayed online is not what was delivered. For their “return” process, you have to call their customer service. Then they make you email them while on the phone with a request to return. Then they say all directions on how to finalize return will be emailed within 24 hours. I waited patiently and this did not happen. So I called and they proceed to tell me I have to send another email with a pic of the item. I did this with Edward on the line. Same thing- wait 24 hours and you’ll get directions on how to finalize return. Well that never happened. To sum it all up- the product is not what was shown online. And they literally have no return policy but have you jump through all these hoops so you can think they do. Avoid them at all costs. "

Criminals

"Ordered 4 chairs from this company. One chair had a missing part. They're customer service in non existent. Al I wanted was my missing part. 6 weeks later, I've been lied to repeatedly and no part. Oh, at one point they fed-exed the missing part, so I could have a complete set. The fed-exed it to Kansas City. I live in New Jersey. Complete incompetence and dishonesty has been their forte. They finally said they would take the chair back, they took a week to send me a shipping label, POSTAGE UPAID. Why would I wait for that?"

Item says it was shipped when it never was and they took my money

"Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Ordered a plastic garage on November 11th, but never received anything even though the estimated delivery date was 11/15. It is now 11/26- still nothing. This company also took $2100 but decided to refund $1400 of it, despite the fact it says the item has shipped. There is no item and no tracking on this item. They still owe me $700 for this item. I had an amazon customer service agent put in a claim today. These people should not be allowed to sell anything ever. "

The Stupidest Customer service on Earth !!!

"I ordered a 5 arm lamp 4 months ago. I was happy with the lamp but one of the 5 light bulbs was broken. I went out and purchased a bulb but the color tone of the bulb was vastly different from the other 4 that came with the lamp . So I called the customer service # the guy spoke very bad English and it took over 30 min on the phone just to get the information name address etc understood . Then came trying to explain I just simply needed 1 light bulb . He kept trying to give me return shipping information . Finally after almost an hour he says I’ll be receiving an email where I’ll need to reexplain everything I’d just explained all over again in writing arrrr why did he take so long getting details over the phone then ??? Well the first email was returned with again all the same questions carefully answered . Days later I receive a reply with details on how I should package and return the item . Arrrrr. So again I explain all over the situation I just need a lightbulb . Sent out the emai with a reply letter needing everything again , I sent that one back then they needed pictures of the broken light bulb that was sent then they needed the part number that was sent then more instructions came on how to return the entire lamp. I explained the whole damn situation yet again as now I’m invested in this stupid Pursuit !!! More needs for pics more return instructions now 4 months laser I receive the final idiotic insult from this awful, lame, ridiculous Excuse for a real company. They send me an email saying it’s been too long since the lamp was shipped to make a closing for a broken or missing part . These people are **** Up ! Never seen anything like it DO NOT BUY from them ! "

"Delivery was slow however when i received the product, i was super excited and was sooo happy to see the quality of it.
Hence it did not matter to me that it came late as the order was a gift to someone and the person liked it. I am a happy customer...!!

Zero out of Zero

" Ordered a TV through Amazon. With no warning that a signature was required we never received the TV because we were away. I contacted the company and told them I did not want the item because it was a gift and it was too late. I had to buy one elsewhere. Their response was they were going to ship it again despite the fact that I already refused. I told them no, I don’t want it and I want a refund. They told me I should just refuse the item and it would be returned. It never came . Then I was told I was subject to a 20% restocking fee and had to pay the return shipping. I am still arguing with them. Buyer beware."
