"To be it simply, they will not process any returns. What was displayed online is not what was delivered. For their “return” process, you have to call their customer service. Then they make you email them while on the phone with a request to return. Then they say all directions on how to finalize return will be emailed within 24 hours. I waited patiently and this did not happen. So I called and they proceed to tell me I have to send another email with a pic of the item. I did this with Edward on the line. Same thing- wait 24 hours and you’ll get directions on how to finalize return. Well that never happened. To sum it all up- the product is not what was shown online. And they literally have no return policy but have you jump through all these hoops so you can think they do. Avoid them at all costs. "

"Ordered 4 chairs from this company. One chair had a missing part. They're customer service in non existent. Al I wanted was my missing part. 6 weeks later, I've been lied to repeatedly and no part. Oh, at one point they fed-exed the missing part, so I could have a complete set. The fed-exed it to Kansas City. I live in New Jersey. Complete incompetence and dishonesty has been their forte. They finally said they would take the chair back, they took a week to send me a shipping label, POSTAGE UPAID. Why would I wait for that?"
"Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Ordered a plastic garage on November 11th, but never received anything even though the estimated delivery date was 11/15. It is now 11/26- still nothing. This company also took $2100 but decided to refund $1400 of it, despite the fact it says the item has shipped. There is no item and no tracking on this item. They still owe me $700 for this item. I had an amazon customer service agent put in a claim today. These people should not be allowed to sell anything ever. "
"I ordered a 5 arm lamp 4 months ago. I was happy with the lamp but one of the 5 light bulbs was broken. I went out and purchased a bulb but the color tone of the bulb was vastly different from the other 4 that came with the lamp . So I called the customer service # the guy spoke very bad English and it took over 30 min on the phone just to get the information name address etc understood . Then came trying to explain I just simply needed 1 light bulb . He kept trying to give me return shipping information . Finally after almost an hour he says I’ll be receiving an email where I’ll need to reexplain everything I’d just explained all over again in writing arrrr why did he take so long getting details over the phone then ??? Well the first email was returned with again all the same questions carefully answered . Days later I receive a reply with details on how I should package and return the item . Arrrrr. So again I explain all over the situation I just need a lightbulb . Sent out the emai with a reply letter needing everything again , I sent that one back then they needed pictures of the broken light bulb that was sent then they needed the part number that was sent then more instructions came on how to return the entire lamp. I explained the whole damn situation yet again as now I’m invested in this stupid Pursuit !!! More needs for pics more return instructions now 4 months laser I receive the final idiotic insult from this awful, lame, ridiculous Excuse for a real company. They send me an email saying it’s been too long since the lamp was shipped to make a closing for a broken or missing part . These people are **** Up ! Never seen anything like it DO NOT BUY from them ! "

"Delivery was slow however when i received the product, i was super excited and was sooo happy to see the quality of it.
Hence it did not matter to me that it came late as the order was a gift to someone and the person liked it. I am a happy customer...!!"

I contacted the company and told them I did not want the item because it was a gift and it was too late. I had to buy one elsewhere. Their response was they were going to ship it again despite the fact that I already refused. I told them no, I don’t want it and I want a refund. They told me I should just refuse the item and it would be returned. It never came . Then I was told I was subject to a 20% restocking fee and had to pay the return shipping. I am still arguing with them. Buyer beware."

"Everything about this company is shady. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would. I had to basically argue with them about the absurdity of their return policy, as it states they won't accept unopened items. How can you know an item is defective until you open it?! Their one customer service rep refused to let me speak to his manager, stating they weren't available and wouldn't be available to talk. I called back and got a different rep, who was able to transfer me almost immediately to a manager. Very shady.
I decided to contact Walmart customer service so I'd have a paper trail of dealing with this 3rd party seller. Walmart customer service stepped in and was a solid 6/5. I'm glad I got Walmart involved in the process.
I will never buy another product from Virventures again, but I will happily be a Walmart customer."
