"Everything about this company is shady. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would. I had to basically argue with them about the absurdity of their return policy, as it states they won't accept unopened items. How can you know an item is defective until you open it?! Their one customer service rep refused to let me speak to his manager, stating they weren't available and wouldn't be available to talk. I called back and got a different rep, who was able to transfer me almost immediately to a manager. Very shady.
I decided to contact Walmart customer service so I'd have a paper trail of dealing with this 3rd party seller. Walmart customer service stepped in and was a solid 6/5. I'm glad I got Walmart involved in the process.
I will never buy another product from Virventures again, but I will happily be a Walmart customer."

"Terrible CS, All I wanted to do was return my item, they took almost a full week to finally understand that through almost 8 email correspondences. They then have the audacity to request I personally send it back and have to pay a %15 restock fee, which can be understandable, yet that would all equate to me losing over half the value of the item and waste my time. I also want to add the item was obviously pre owned which I was not happy about.
So luckily the item is working so Im just going to try to sell it off or use it in the future since it is cheaper than most of the items they supply."

"I purchased a bottle of Jadore perfume as a Christmas gift through Wal-Mart from Virventures. The bottle leaked as it has a defective seal. I contacted Virventures within the 30-day return window about the problem. Virventures waited more than 14-days to respond to my email which put it past the 30-day return window and then rejected my return request. They also refused to respond to a Wal-Mart C/S inquiry. They are horrible...don't purchase from them!

It has been over a month since the order was shipped and almost a month since I refused the shipment (as instructed by VirVentures as the proper way to return the item and receive a refund). Do NOT do business with these scammers!
I have been waiting for a refund on an order where I refused shipment on OCTOBER 31st!! It's been almost a month. There is NO WAY you have not received the item. I've tried to call you and every phone number is either disconnected (the phone number in the email sent to me: ***-***-****), is "not taking calls at this time" (the Customer Service Phone listed on Amazon: ***-***-****) or, the one on this site,***-***-****, there is no answer and the mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message. I am at my wits end. I will be giving you a one star review on Amazon, will share my experience with everyone I know on Facebook, and any other place on the internet I can find to share with others the horrible way I've been treated by your company. Below is the last correspondence I received from you. It is completely wrong that you have been hold MY MONEY hostage for almost a month. I did my part and refused the shipment as you directed and I am still without the refund. Had I known this situation would turn into such a nightmare, I would have just kept the item. Also they requested a picture, that I sent several times. They told me they never received it.
