DON'T BUY FROM THIS VENDOR

"PURCHASED 6-PACK AIR FILTER FROM THEM THRU SEARS. THEY ONLY SENT ONE. I ASKED FOR 5 MORE OR A REFUND. THEY NEVER OFFERED TO SEND MORE, SO I REQUESTED A REFUND. THEN THEY CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND i HAD TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE RESTOCKING FEE OR SHIPPING. THEN THEY PUT THE ITEM BACK ON SEARS WEBSITE TO SELL AGAIN.
SEARS HASN'T BEEN MUCH HELP EITHER. MY ADVICE IS, IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH A 3RD PARTY VENDOR THAT YOU CHECK THEIR RATING AND INVESTIGATE THEIR RETURN POLICY THOROUGHLY. VIRVENTURES DID NOT ADDRESS WHAT THEY DO IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE, SO THEY CAN STATE THEY CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE. BUYER BEWARE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE RATINGS ON THE WEB, AND THEY SELL ON OTHER WEBSITES ALSO.

Chose to ignore cancel order

"I purchased an item via Walmart.com but they use Virventures as vendor for the item. 3 days after I had ordered the item it was still reading processing in cart status. I contacted the company and the answer was "we will forward this to a different team for details." This usually means they don't have the item in stock, so I cancelled the ordered through Walmart. At this point you would think that I don't have to worry about this item anymore. However Virventures refused to accept my cancellation and 3 days later I got an email that the item had been shipped and my card charged for the item.
I am now trying to get this item return but Virventures says they will charge me 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay for shipping cost. I am communicating with Walmart on this issue and will post follow up to see if Walmart will also failed to assist in resolving this issue.
Stay away from Virventures, it seems that it is a nightmare to deal with this company.

BUYER BEWARE/CHECK OUT "RETURN POLICY"

"Poorly packaged, arrived in pieces. Seller says too bad, so sad... We were hit by Hurricane Irma, with no power, and much going on to immediately (w/in 5 days) report the damaged orbs. We also purchased a coffee table and two end tables from this company at the same time the orbs were purchased, mind you. This is customer appreciation at its finest. :(
This is the reply from the company:
Thank you for your email. We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your request for a Return Authorization. As per our Return Policy:

"All unopened unused items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We do not accept any opened or used items, even if the item has been wrongly ordered by you.

In case of a damaged/defective item you can return the item to us for a replacement/refund within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to us verifying the damage/defect". Given the circumstances, we are unable to assist you with the issue.

We appreciate your understanding.

Worst ever

"I ordered two sets Grover chrome 3 per side RotoGrip tuners. Sent me 2 black inline six, standard Grovers--not even close. I had to pay $10 to ship back, then they charged me $35 restocking fee. "

HORRIBLE - could not process cancellation and failed in return process

"I placed an order with this seller through WalMart and found a better price immediately after on Amazon. I tried to cancel the order right away but it required me to message the seller to initiate the return process. I messaged them, no response for several days (breaching the 2 day SLA stated) and they shipped it anyway. Then I called up to complain, they told me there's nothing they can do and to process a return. I get the item, process return, they have the nerve to charge a 15% restocking fee and make me cover shipping. This is the worst online seller I've dealt with through thousands of purchases. STAY FAR AWAY :("

I couldn't pick 0 stars. Hope you never have to return something there

"I ordered something from Walmart.com that was handled through this vendor. I then had to return it after finding out I needed a different color. It took 3 weeks to get a refund and this is only after calling Walmart to help. They lie about having done things such as reissuing a refund, they don't answer their phone -- not even for Walmart -- they don't email/follow up when they say they will, they still charge a 15% "restocking fee" even if you return something unused, and the refund could take weeks longer than they say."
