Having dealt with your typical big name computer companies in the past, I can absolutely say that ordering from vision was 10 times easier. You call the number and a human answers, no menus. They connect you to a person who doesn't live in another country who took a Rosetta Stone Crash course in English. The system wasn't clogged up with 20 trial software packages to uninstall and other unwanted garbage. As a blind person, this is the first time I've ever been able to get a brand new computer up and running without sighted assistance. Big points for that."

"Very good products with a very good support staff. I was pleased with the variety of configurations they offered and am particularly pleased with the motherboard, the advanced cooling case, the processor, and the OS they installed for me. Delivery was much faster than I expected it to be. They sent it FedEx Home Delivery - as good as it gets - and the product arrived in excellent shape. There were a couple of settings that were not correct and I had to call Technical Support twice. And, although they stood out in the selections they offered and the assembly, they went on full afterburner here. I called on Saturday (expecting a thin staff), spoke with a human right away, and the first Tech I was connected with solved the problems on both calls - he just listened to what I described was wrong, remotely accessed the machine, and used his technical knowledge and skills to do impromptu troubleshooting that quickly solved the issues. I did not need to talk to anyone else. This was totally unexpected after years of owning and maintaining computing equipment from Dell, HP, Gateway, and Acer (in order of descending ability). After these two settings were changed, the machine has run like a champ. The motherboard had so many features that it is the only Desktop I have not added cards to. On the down side, make sure you call, because they never seem to read their e-mail. And make sure you understand their return policy beforehand; it is not a friendly one."

I heard about them from the Neal Boortz radio program and really liked the idea of having an average hold time of 15 seconds if technical help was needed as well as US based support. I had an issue and it was corrected very promptly after calling tech help when I was setting it up. "

Before you spend your hard earned money with any computer bargain store, make sure that you give this company a chance to impress you with their quote, service, and after the sale satisfaction.
