"I was disappointed that my new 8 thousand dollar server was placed in a tower type case instead of a rack mount case. Yes, the tower can be mounted in the rack, but it looks goofy. The DVD is sideway, and the unit is very bulky. I suppose I probably authorized this at some point when I accepted the 'cart' prepared by Raj. The pictures on the website all show 'rack mount' type servers - it just never crossed my mind that I would end up with a tower case. I just bought another server one year ago that came in the correct case. On top of that, I don't have rails to fit the case, so it is just sitting outside our rack right now. Disappointed."

"For the longest time I had heard of Vision computers and their legendary customer service. So, I took the plunge and was glad that I did. My sales technician (Ruby) was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She was extremely prepared in her task at hand, guiding the process along ever so effortlessly.

A couple of things that immediately caught my attention were 1.) You can actually call back and ask for the same person!! This process alone elevates Vision Computers above their competition, enabling the customer to develop a relationship with the supplier. And 2.) The support team is right here state-side with no hassles of being transferred to an overseas call center.

Needless to say, I am extremely happy and will definitely be a return customer!

"Overall very good. I have had one problem with one of my five desktop and my one laptop computers, and I did have a problem getting a replacement part. I had to call a second time to find out why the holdup, but once Vision learned that I was not contacted about the delay, the service improved immediately. The part did arrive, and the server is now running again perfectly. For the record, I did have the server using a Raid 10 and the system worked perfectly, even while one of the hard drives had failed."

What I appreciate about Vision is the excellent customer service where I don't feel like just another account. I appreciate the fact that I don't get passed around from department to department to help me get what I needed. Technical support has been excellent too. They are quick to send parts/supplies when we needed to exchange memory cards. I also love that company is in the US. I got the most recent laptop shipped in less than one week!! Amazing service with prices that are comparable to the other guys. The difference is the service and support, cause I don't care how much I paid for a product, but If I cannot get support that expensive or cheap computer does not serve me. Great company."

"I have purchased approximately 3-4dozen desktop computers from Vision in the last 7 years for my business. I like being able to custom configure the computer I need on the web site. After submitting my order I get a call back from a Vision Sales Representative within 30 minutes to verify the order, features, components and to make recomendations if any. Computers are built with quality components such as Seagate or Western Digital Drives, Intel Processors, Nvidia Video componets and PNY memory. The only components that have ever failed are the ones you would expect; disk drives at about 5 years and video cards at 3-5years. Delivery time is about a week from order depending on time of year, + or - a couple of days.
If you need tech support you call Vision Computers in Atlanta, GA with practically no hold times. They have always been able to resolve any issues we have had, which were very few."
