"I ordered Koozies on June 7th for a family reunion and the delivery date was to be June 21st. This date came and went. I called. They said there was something wrong with the font and it would be going into production, I would receive within the week... I have since called 9 times. I have submitted different fonts, told them I dont care what the font is and have had nothing but empty answers. Speaking with supervisors and managers does not help. Customer Service is located in the Philippines and Jamaica, production is done in Canada. I NEVER ONCE received the promised call back or E-mail from this company. My event is July 10th, they advised I can have the Koozies July 17th. Unacceptable experience. I am now left with no giveaways. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service, communication and response.

Vista Print has recently gouged their prices. For instance, their silver metallic 24-label sheet use to be $15 and now it's priced at $25. That's insane! Their quality of work is also diminishing. "They call my photograph of the Hindenburg "Hate Speech".
VistaPrint refuses to print pictures of the Hindenburg. They declare it "Hate Speech" because of the swastikas on the tailfins. I sell historic prints and posters on Ebay and formerly used them to print his larger size posters and they even did the same Hindenburg poster before. Recently they took a Cancel Culture PC stand and cancelled my order after it sat in "processing" for nearly a week. Business lost. I will be running them now with my local UPS Store who are glad to take the business along with the tons they already print for me in smaller sizes. I stopped using Vistaprint several years ago for smaller prints because they shipped them flat and many were damaged in transit.
Talked to customer service, both young agents, Zoe and Melissa, were clearly PC Cancel Culture minions and put up a fierce refusal to correct the situation.
Some bad experiences with Vistaprint before but never as bad as this. This was the final bumble and I am cancelling my account. I would not recommend Vistaprint to my worst enemy.

"I ordered two masks plus filters. One mask and the filters arrived in 4 business days. The second mask was flagged on the website as a delayed delivery with a target date 3 weeks out. But I received a shipping notification today, only a week after ordering. So on the delivery side, VistaPrint appears to have fixed the problems reported on earlier reviews.
The mask itself has a good design. It has a contoured shape with a dart over the nose and a second panel under the across the bottom. This lets the mask fit high on your nose and curve down across your cheeks, and the bottom tucks under your chin, creating a good seal all around.
My only complaint is with the sizing. The website lists sizes as Child, Adult Small, and Adult Large. I'm a big guy and ordered the Adult Large. The packing list I received describes the mask as simply "Adult", and the nice retail packaging that the mask came in says "Size Adult". So either the Adult Large/Small sizing is a lie, or I was shipped the wrong item. I'm waiting to hear back from VistaPrint's customer service to find out which it is."
"I bought several facemasks and a set of filters, I ordered them on 8/25, they were supposed to arrive by 9/17, its now 10/8, still haven't received them, I just canceled the order and asked for a refund, which they did or atleast said they would. That tells me, the order still hadn't even been shipped out. I highly recommend going with a more reliable company "
"I ordered 2 custom face mask on July 13th, the estimated arrival date was July 31st. I contacted customer service after the 31st and was told the order had been delayed for 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted customer service on August 21st to see if they had an update on the delivery date, and was told would be delivered on August 31st. I just checked on the status of my order and was told it should ship by the 15 of September. We will see!"

As someone else stated, I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I ordered a mask for my son and it took several weeks but it was delivered as promised with the filter. I liked the fit of it so I ordered two more masks for my husband and I on June 19. My husband‘s mask finally arrived July 27th! with NO filter and mine is nowhere in sight. I made an inquiry and they said they were unable to provide my mask however it’s still listed on their site as purchasable. Look somewhere else for your next mask!"
