"I ordered 2 custom face mask on July 13th, the estimated arrival date was July 31st. I contacted customer service after the 31st and was told the order had been delayed for 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted customer service on August 21st to see if they had an update on the delivery date, and was told would be delivered on August 31st. I just checked on the status of my order and was told it should ship by the 15 of September. We will see!"
