"I purchased business cards from Vistaprint. The next day my ATM card was charged for a company called Reservation Rewards. I called Vistaprint, told them I did not order this service and they said they would remove the charge and cancel the order. The charge showed up again this month on my credit, causing overdraft charges. Vistaprint is definitely associated with this scam. I would not recommend giving this company any credit card information. I will never order from them again. "

"My most recent experience (I've had more than one "bad" experience with this company): I ordered glossy postcards -- the VistaPrint template contains a vertical black stripe along one edge on the backside. All of the postcards have a black smear on the front in the same location -- it's as if the ink was still wet when they were stacked on top of each other. I immediately contacted them via e-mail (I am not available during the day so I do everything via e-mail and/or on the weekend). The automated reply contained another e-mail address to use if you are unable to call. I contacted them again at this other address. I was assigned a case # but no one has EVER gotten back to me about this problem. I recently contacted them again trying to get this resolved. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT!"

"At first, they got my address wrong over the phone, because the woman couldn't hardly speak English. Her accent was very heavy, but she was nice.

I got my cards finally, 2 months later...after having them finally figure out my address was wrong. I was the one that caught the error.
The cards came, all 500 of them, for 70.00 I got cards that had the text cut off all along the left side.
I had the pleasure of being on hold for 20minutes...to be greeted by a bitter black woman who couldn't speak English and hung up on me when I couldn't understand her. I told her that I couldn't too! I have emailed them and contacted them on the phone again and no response from the three emails.
I have more cards to order and I will NEVER go through this scam again!!!

"I'm very disappointed with this seller. I placed an order on the 25th of September 2005 at 11 p.m. and soon after I loaded all my pictures and paid with my credit card, I realised that the back of what was to be my business card contained an error. I tried to contact them but gave up because the 0800 number provided did not enable me to reach a customer service adviser. At the end, I re-loaded a new back picture and I was billed for this new order. I had contacted them via e-mail but never got any reply and tried to contact them via phone to no avail. In all, this cost me £120 for 500 cards. I strongly recommend you not to buy fro Vista Print. "

"I placed an order (at least I think I did) about a week ago. Their web site was non-responsive several times. I didn’t receive final confirmation for all the things I ordered – but, the company charged my credit card the same day, for all that I tried to order. I tried calling their 800 number to make sure the correct order had been received, but I was put on hold – with the possibility of a long wait, so I ended the call. I sent 4-5 emails to inquire, to date – no response. As someone else mentioned, I got automatically generated emails saying they "couldn’t answer my email at this time" – and it appears they never will. I finally sent another email saying I would keep my fingers crossed and hope the correct items show up. In any event, their customer service is non-existent as far as I’m concerned!
Update: Finally received my order, and it was correct. Product/price is good - support non-existent.

"WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE...WOULD NOT recommend anyone order from this company...placed order which didnt go through completely (or so I thought) because error messages kept appearing like order was not completed...placed second order before realized first one had gone through...now have two orders placed and only needed one.they were closed when I called and so I emailed them and got an automatically generated email saying they "couldnt answer my email at this time"...call customer service and spoke with the worst rep ever who was very rude and refused to let me speak with a supervisor and on top of that kept interrupting me while listening to rock music in the background and then hung up on me on top of that and surprise surprise they were closed when I dialed right back in...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...unless you enjoy being dissatisfied...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and automated order and email system has everything BUT customers in mind...its all about the money.."

"I HATE this company...I heard very good thingd from my partner and his past experience concerning the quality of the product, so chose them to design two logos, which basically comitted me to purchase all printed products...
LONG STORY short they made it nearly impossible for me to ever order anything becuase their customer service is horrendous and I couldn't get them to process my order even by calling EVERYDAY. A real frustrating experience and I was dealing with the Supervisor- complete lack of concern for their customers. If you can get their free business cards and process everything online, more power to you, but if you need any sort of assistance, good luck.

"I was a bit nervous ordering from Vista Print just because of the other reviews here. However, I was pleasently surprised. I ordered 250 glossy double sided business cards and 25 business card magents. I had them 'rush' the order which promised the cards to be delivered within 7 business days.

I ordered Tuesday and just today(Saturday) received very professional looking cards. I'm actually so happy with the order that I plan to order some post cards for my business.

"WORST experience i ever had on web purchase. Ordered invitation cards with 200 envelopes, got the cards but envelopes were missing, called vistaprint and they said they cant rush it to me and it will take them 2weeks. I get the envelopes 2 weeks after calling and ITS THE WRONG SIZE!! I call again and again they told me that it will take them 2 weeks. It is invitation cards and i cant wait a month to send them out. I had to buy my own and they wouldnt even give me credit for it. I would never order from them again"

"I'm very satisfied with VistaPrint's service. I ordered both glossy business cards and promotional postcards from them. Both orders were processed and shipped faster than promised, and the quality of the printing was excellent.

Postcards were designed using one of their stock templates and online editor. The end result is exactly as it appeared in online previews.

The business card order was a custom design done in-house using my own artwork and lettering. The result was uploaded to their site in Photoshop .PSD CMYK format. VistaPrint provides Photoshop templates with guidelines for margins, bleed, and cuts. This, too, was printed perfectly, at very high quality, which was pleasing as the card artwork incorporated a striking photographic image.

I would definitely use VistaPrint again for custom 4-color promotional printing.
