"I have to say, you CANNOT beat their prices for the quality. Is the quality the best I have ever seen? No. Are they the cheapest place to custom print? ABSOLUTELY. Yes, my local printer with his embossed offset printing does a better job. But he takes over a month to print business cards and charges $183.75 for 1000 cards. I ordered from VistaPrint $15.74 for 1000 cards. At that price, I can use them for scrap paper! And I placed an order Sunday evening with 7 day (for an extra $13.68 - total cost $29.42) and they were delivered on Wednesday (3 business days). Their push of other advertising offers is annoying, but I am very willing to put up with it to save thousands of dollars a year in printing costs!"

" I have been ordering from vista print for the past 4 years. I have never had a problem with any of my items. I own my own tattoo business and I order all of my advertising items from vista print. I haven't signed up for any other offers or for the rewards program nor have they automatically billed me for anything. I order a wide variety and when my business is slow, I order on a weekly basis. My customer service experence with them has been good. I made a Tshirt and some of my design was out of the margins, within 3 minutes of me placing this order a rep from vista print called me to correct it before printing. I refer everyone to this company. All my clients love my glossy business cards and the magnets. I wish I could upload my full order history to share. I have spent many hours on the site designing my items. I can't understand why anyone would have a problem with this company after my 200th order I have yet to have a problem. And all my items are shipped with the slowest shipping by usmail. Dont sign up for bonus programs or extras like magazines if you don't want them. Read thru and get what you want. "I am very happy with the results of my folded note card order. I worked hard to upload my own design, making sure it came out centered. But the DIY form was easy to use, and the matching envelopes were easy to make as well.
I opted to get the "linen finish" against my designer friend's concerns -- she had told me that each printer would have a different finish and there is no guaranteeing it would look the way I want. Well, I'm really glad I went with it - our design was really simple, and the linen finish is tight and elegant. It really adds a nice touch to the cards.
I also shipped "rush" and it came exactly when they said it would.
The only thing I wish was different would be the ability to choose the color on the return label of the standard envelope (I believe you can do it with a fully custom design). But it was such a good deal, and no one is going to notice.
I had been nervous because these are my wedding present thank you cards... and I ended up really really pleased. "

I applied my templete to one of their many stock business card backrounds. The tools were easy to use, and the price was right. $11.00 for 250 cards with shipping. "Very disappointed, I have ordered business cards from a design that I made on Photoshop and uploaded. Shipping was timely, but the print quality is disgusting. Colors are off and worst of all all fonts look like they were rasterized. Even a coupon for your local Chinese food delivery would look more professional that the business cards I received. Photoshop file was 300dpi and all text was vectorial with embedded fonts. Go figure what they do with your file... I called them and the representative told me the websites warns me about it at the time of order. I double-rechecked, no mention of this... Hopefully, I got a refund, but not including shipping cost. Waste of my time, and waste of paper..."

"I have been looking for reviews for Vista Print and found this site. I order from Vista Print at least 5 times a year and have been for at least 4 years. I have ordered postcards, business cards, t-shirts, hats, calendars and car magnets. I have never had a problem with the quality of postcards and business cards. The t-shirts that I got were printed on Anvil brand which is medium quality and pretty thin but not the worst. The actual print was beautiful and exact as I uploaded my own artwork. It was really easy to do. The car signs are too cheap and don't last long or stick well so I wouldn't do that again unless they upgraded their quality. The hat was fine except that it was tan and they did not lay down a white layer behind the logo I printed so the colors didn't pop. ON a white hat it would have been great. The calendar was a gift to grandparents for Christmas with all their grandkids on it. It turned out great. Do not use Safari to build your order as that browser is not well supported but FIrefox works fine. The fonts and styles of some of the items are limited but that's how you offer great prices by limiting options. That's just business. I will not hesitate to use VP again every time I need a good quick print job. Order in advance to get the best shipping rate. - P. Britton"

"I placed a rush (3 day) order on photo graduation announcements (linen finish) and business cards (premium matte paper). I received my order as promised 3 days later (today). I almost always read reviews before I order any product from any online vendor, but I was in a hurry and neglected to do so on this order. I remembered to read reviews only minutes after I had placed my order and it was too late to cancel it. Needless to say that after reading all of the negative reviews, I was very worried. I'm pleased to report that I am very happy with my order! The print was clear and just as I had laid it out. The photo quality was very nice (resolution supplied was 600 dpi). Both the graduation announcements and the business cards had clean cuts and were uniform in size. The only criticism I would have is that the business cards are slightly smaller than standard size, so they may get lost in crowd. Honestly, for the price and with the freebies, I couldn't be happier. I would certainly consider ordering from VistaPrint again when the need arises. Thank-you! "

"NEVER ORDER HERE - BAD SHIPPING - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - TERRIBLE QUALITY.

When I ordered my business cards and paid 30$ for rush shipping, I didn't get them for over a week. Then when they got there, the text was blurry and distorted. I gave them PSD files with text in them that could have been made any size with perfect quality.

I got my shipping refunded but when they told me they were "refunding" my cards, they actually gave me store credit.

So I called back and had to go through hell again to actually get my cards refunded.

Worst company ever. Worst people ever."

"Terrible experience: printing error for which they took no accountability, appalling customer service.
Vista Print screwed up my order. I e-mailed Customer Service and received an automated response promising that they always respond within two business days. Three business days later, I tried calling the Customer Service number in the automated e-mail only to find that there was NO option to speak with a human being.
I sent another e-mail to Customer Service and they finally agreed to give me a refund. However, the refund was only for the amount of the product, not the shipping -- and the shipping actually had cost more than the product itself. They did not offer to print the order correctly and ship it to me, even though the product was unusable because of THEIR mistake. So, I'm out the shipping costs and have nothing to show for my order."
