"Vitacost used to be an independent company that provided excellent service and good brands at a good price. As an acquisition of the Kroger companies, it has nothing but issues. They always used to offer an option of FedEx home delivery for a surcharge of $2.99. Now they determine who ships it and they’re using a company called OnTrac. Ontrac has to be the worst delivery company ever., so unfortunately, I will not be buying from them again and I will get my products from somewhere else "
