"We've order several times from Vitacost, which is owned by Kroger, so it's very trustworthy. The online experience is great, very easy to use, and easy to search for items. The reason we started ordering was because Vitacost carries items that are difficult to find in grocery stores near us. For example, Better Than Bouillon No Chicken & No Beef, which are the vegetarian options, plus items that we like that are gluten free. The shipping charge is fair and is free on orders over $49 after discounts, with few restrictions. I've received our orders within a few days and the items were packed well. All the items have fresh dates, so nothing expired. Overall a great experience, so we will be doing more business in the future."

"Usually items are packed, well, with lots of protective material. This time, though canned items were wrapped, they were somewhat loose, moved around during shipping and damaged three packages of spaghetti pasta. There was spaghetti strewn about the inside of the box. I was able to recover most of it, but two boxes of spaghetti were completely open on one end"
