"Due to a change in our circumstances, we attempted to cancel our Vitacost order before it shipped. We were told we couldn't do that because it was shipping that day, but that we could return the order and receive a refund. When the promised return label never showed up, we called back and the same person we spoke to previously now said our order cancelation had itsef been canceled. She said her supervisor would check on this and call us back. We're still waiting!"
