"Once again, like previous order, a delicate small bag of red quinoa was put on the bottom of a 50 pound box of product and burst, (looks like it was cut with a knife ( L shape) on middle of bag, not at seam) nevertheless it spilled product and compromised safety of contents.
Also the tape sealing the box was nearly torn through. This heavy order should not have been packaged in a single box. I request a replacement."

In less than 2 minutes, I went back to the app to ADD the item I forgot and I ended up with a double order . I didn't realize that I had done it until a few days later. I'd already been notified that my order was on its way. Thankfully I had the money to pay for it but I will pay more attention next time I place my order. "Three times I placed an order and it was damaged in shipping and never delivered, but I received emails that I had received my order and that it had been delivered. Each time I had to call to tell you I hadn't gotten it, which could easily be determined by tracking the package, and practically beg for a refund. It took forever for my refund to be "approved" even though you had my money and I had no product, I will never use Vitacost again. "
