"As a precaution, I do not set up accounts with stores when I order things online, so with Vitacost where I shop every other month or so, I give my credit card information each time and that has always worked fine. This time, it kept telling me the security code (3-number code on the card) was wrong, although it's the only number there, and I have used this card and exact same info many times without incident, including several times with Vitacost. The rejection of my card security # meant that I had to charge the order to Paypal, which I did not want to do. I also had tons of pop-ups this time, many more than before, and was constantly being re-routed to a different vendor. If this continues, I will have to question future use of your site, as it is simply getting too annoying. "

"Ordered on line, Vitacost did not have the same brand I bought the last time. Not sure if it was because of Covid and the manufacture couldn't supply the one I wanted, however, they did have it in a different brand that I like. It's easy to go on line, find what you want and get it in the mail within a week. Sure beats running from drugstore to drugstore or vitamin store and not finding what you want. Saves on time and gas."
"I've never had a problem with delivery of my products until my order last week. Three times they notified me of delays. With it being very hot in Arizona, I'm not sure if my box stayed a few days in a parked overnight truck or not. UPS should know anything picked up from Vitacost are supplements and shouldn't be delayed as many days as it ended being."

I have used Vitacost on and off through the years, but i was very happy to find that they had some of the best prices around for supplements i regularly take, as well as some kitchen staples. "We have been good customers consistently buying $100 plus each month, but recently we have had trouble with the website. It wouldn’t take our password and when we tried to change it we got the message that we already had a password. After almost an hour of messing with this we called and went through our large order only to be told that the discount could not be used over the phone. Then I tried again on the computer and ordered but the discount was not included. I called customer service 3 minutes later and was told they couldn’t change it because it was too soon and the order probably wasn’t processed yet. She said I could wait a few hours and call again and “maybe” they could change it. We wasted an entire morning and lost more than a $20 discount on our order. Goodbye Vitacost, Hello Amazon!
