"Terrible. I don't what happened to vitaglo. I had been a regular customer for years with no issues until my last order. Order placed Sept. 19 and I did not receive it until Oct. 15, the day I was going to cancel it. The guy who answers the toll free line is rude and provided no explanation to what the delay was. Told me he would call me back multiple times but never did. I will never order there again, they lost a loyal customer."

"Like others I have ordered with this company before with no complaints. This order though was a complete 360
1. it took 22 days for it to be delivered after the order was placed.
2. I was missing items, but was charged
3. I emailed the error, no response
4. I called, was told it was on back order, even though it has been 5 months and I was never contacted or told at the time that the items were not in stock. Still I have no idea if I will ever receive them. But remember I was charged
5. Customer service was rude, at one point they hung up on me.

Vitacost.com has the same items( plus more), a better site, better shipping and a reward point system.
Some items are a little more expensive but the pros outweigh that one con."

I placed my order on Sept. 3 2012 and I haven't received it yet and today is Oct 1, 2012.
I call in to inquire about my order and the customer service agent placed me on hold for 15 mins then hung up on me. When I called back the agent was rude and unprofessional. They said I would get a email with my order number I never did they said I would get a call with the tracking number I never did. They have had my money for a month and I haven't received anything. I decided to call my credit card and cancle today."

"I will never order another product from this company. First off within 1 hr of placing the order I called to change a color of the product. I got it changed but I went through 3 different people and none were very friendly. It was like I put them out. Okay product arrived yes it was correct color but it didnt even look like the product I ordered. I ordered a back brush in which I have looked all over for it has the sponge on the end NOT A BRUSH ..that is what all the pictures say it looks like..i was happy i finally found it.. but when i got it it was a brush..When I called to complain I was told not to pay attention to pictures...that it was a back brush ..Like I didnt know it was a back brush..it just wasnt the one advertised.. So he very hateful says then just send it back."

"I've ordered from them in the past, numerous times. Never had any problems, until now. So I thought I would check the reviews. All of the poor ratings stated have happened with my recent order--promises, promises, to no avail. Today, I cancelled the order and faxed a complaint to my credit card company to let them handle it. I didn't want to, but I'm afraid if I wait too long, they won't refund my money.
BTW, I'm not another company trying to slam them, as someone mentioned earlier, but a former loyal customer. I'd be scared to order from them again, nevermind how good the prices.
Something has happened with this company. And instead of lying and dodging, just say that you don't have the product and refund the money. This is sad.
UPDATE: I received my order today and everything was in good order. I felt it only right that I should respond on their behalf. Still, it took longer than normal to get it and I would still be hesitant to order from them again. I did contact my credit card company to cancel my complaint.

"YIKES!! This was one of the worst on-line purchases I have ever made in my life. On 7/26/12 I ordered six yoga blocks online, followed up by an order confirmation from VitaGlo. I never received the product and emailed them on 8/17/12 inquiring about the order. Never heard anything back, so I called their toll free number. After about 10-12 rings, a man picked up and without a hello, says "hang on"; I waited several minutes and the man comes back saying "order number." I give it to him and he tells me the order was cancelled, they couldn't find the product. I ask why I was never notified and he says "yes, we sent you an email." I told him I did not receive anything and he says "don't do this." And I simply said, "really, I haven't received anything from you." And he says, "you're right, we're wrong, good-bye" and HANGS UP ON ME! "
"I've ordered from vitaglo for the last time. Having ordered from them numerous times I can tell you how they operate. IF they have your products in stock they will ship them out quickly. BUT if they don't have them in stock they will hold your entire order if and until they get them in. They will charge your credit card immediately but don't necessarily ship immediately. Once in 2010-2011 they not only didn't ship me a product I'd ordered they never bothered to tell me that they weren't ever going to get it in (the manufacturer quit making it). MONTHS later I called them asking about it and they then refunded my money (actually they said they were going to; I never checked). More recently it took thenm ~ 12 days to send an order out. I called 1 week in to ask about it - on a Saturday - and they said that it had gone out the previous day (Friday). The following Tuesday I called again because it hadn't arrived. The same gruff, brusque guy answers the phone and tells me that they were waiting on the product and that it would be going out Tuesday. I point out to him that he had personally told me on Saturday that it had gone out on Friday. The verbal wizard fumbles around and tells me he'll call me back. Which of course he doesn't. Wednesday - today - I call back again. Same schmuck answers the phone. I tell him that I've spoken to him twice already and I need to talk to a manager. He hangs up on me. I call back again and speak to a less-than-eager-to-please woman who refuses to identify herself as an owner or a manager. I demand a tracking number or tell them that I want to cancel the order. Upon receiving the UPS number they hang up on me again. Never - ever - ever - will I do business with them again. AVOID. Try Soap.com or Vitacost.com."
"I like to order from these guys because they have the best, or nearly the best, prices on unscented soaps. (Although some prices have crept up slightly, they're still very competitive.) I've placed three or four orders over the last couple years and have not had any problems. They've earned a repeat customer here.
UPDATE: Had a really bad experience with them last Christmas (after this initial review) that basically mirrored what all these other reviews have said. Two weeks after placing an order I received nothing and had to call the owner. "It's going out today." It didn't go out until much later. Took three weeks to get my order. The acid indigestion that comes from dealing with the owner is just not worth the price difference. Go to Swanson Health Products instead."
