"I made a purchase on Monday, Nov.7, 2011..I called 2 days later asking for the tracking number. The man, Mike told me it was shipped. The next day I called he said it will be shipped in 2 hours. The next day I called he said he cancelled my order because it was a hassle. I was simply asking for the tracking number. By him not providing it, it showed me he NEVER sent it. He also hung up on me and put me on hold numerous times. I will NEVER EVER EVER buy from this company again!!"

"I've ordered many times over the years from vitaglo and never had any problems. Yes the shipments sometimes take a few extra days than you might expect, but I have this happen with alot of the supplement companies (ie vitacost).
My only complaint is the items are packed in old newspapers shreddings, which gets powder all over everything. So you have to wash and dry everything off when you get it. Otherwise, the items are perfect, never expired or opened or anything weird like that. I continue to order from them as their prices on some supplements are tough to beat."

"I'm not one to write complaints about companies but thought that I should for this one. I emailed Vitaglo today because of how rude the person I spoke with was. During the conversation I asked for a manager, I learned that I was speaking with the owner. Wow, was that a shocker! Here's my letter.
I'm very sorry I even placed this order. I'm shocked by the way you do business. You may have thought I was attacking you, but I think I have a right, since I gave you my credit card information, to ask why I was not contacted that my order was not coming. It had been 10 business days so there certainly was time. You did not let me know that you could not get the product and that my other item was on hold (for what reason, I don't know). It wasn't until I contacted you that anything was done. Maybe you were having a bad day, but most owners, don't come against their customers and hang up on them just because they're asking where their order is and if it could be rectified. If you messed up, just state that you messed up. You didn't seem to even try to be like an owner who wants to assist his customers. Your customers are your lifeline and needless to say, I'm very disappointed and stunned that I was speaking with the owner. I do hope you take this to heart for the success of your business, but you lost me. "

"Hi, I placed my first order with Vitaglo last week. One Item I ordered were a box of "past dated" December/2010 Cliff Bars. They were discounted to $5.00 instead of the usual $12.00 I received a box of Cliff bars dated May/2010. seven additional months outdated and thus over One year. I called and the Gentleman said he would refund the $5.00 I waited eight days and no credit. I called back and the same man said to "microwave them" and that I was trying to "get Over" on him for $5.00 . He refused to refund or send a call tag to pick up the item, then hung up on me abruptly. "
"Oh my goodness, we buy a lot online but have never seen such bad customer service. Order never arrived and 13 days after requesting a credit, still nothing. We will dispute the purchase with credit card company. This guy is a lying jerk. Promises, promises; his word is not worth a spit. And rude at that. If you enjoy being hung up on, try this guy. If you wish for decent customer service, stay away and never buy from him. Purchase attempt on June 2 for sunscreen, July 7 today and issues unresolved.

"Just WOW! I had to be stubborn and ignore all these bad reviews. This company is just plain ridiculous. The website states that they ship within 24-48 hours. I purchase the products on Wednesday morning 6/22. Check my email Sunday 6/26 and see that I still didnt get a tracking number, so emailed them asking if my order was under back order and a rep name Mike replied apologizing and saying it will go out today. So I said Ok thats fine. Wednesday 6/28 still didn't receive my tracking number, so I gave them a call. A rep picked up saying he didnt know what was going on with my order and that he would call me back. I waited and waited and didnt receive a call back so I decided to give them another call. Spoke to rep again and he assured me the order was being shipped out today and that I would receive a tracking number sometime that evening, which I never did. Gave them a today and a lady said the order had Thursday 6/30, but she couldn't provide a tracking number because it was shipped Priority. Don't know how that makes sense. Anyways I asked her how long it was going to take to get to me, she uttered something to her co worker and hung up on me. JUST WOW!
Save your self the hassle and pay a couple bucks extra, its diffidently not worth it. Try bodybuilding.com they're great on shipping and price are pretty competitive."
"BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the worst experience I have EVER had making a purchase. I wish I would have researched this company before placing an order with them. I ordered several bottles of Whiteflower Analgesic Balm, received a confirmation e-mail, and was charged on my credit card. 10 days later; no product, so I called and a man who was rude and short with me said he would look into it and call me the next day and abruptly hung up! Two days later no phone call, so I call again. This time I'm told they've been out of stock for one month and the money would be credited back to my account. One week later no credit, so I call again and they tell me they will credit my account and that I need to wait a few days. Another week goes by. Still no credit, so I call again and the rude man answers again shouting at me to give him the order number. He shouted, "DON'T GIVE ME THE LETTERS, JUST THE NUMBERS!" He then put the phone down and a few minutes later a lady asked me for my zip code and told me they would process the credit. I'm not taking their word for it any longer and filed a dispute with my credit card. HORRENDOUS company and service!!!"
