"I ordered from Vitaglo on June 3rd, the money was debited from my bank account on June 7th. They say if you have not received your order in 10 business days to contact them so I did. I emailed on the 16th of June and a couple more times after that. I've also left 2 phone messages. They have not responded to either. They have poor customer service. I guess my only option at this point would be to report them to the Better Business Bureau."
"I purchased a box of Meso-Tech Chocolate Mint meal replacement bars in January 2004 from vitaglo.com. Although the price was reasonable and the order was delivered in a timely fashion, the MRP bars that were sent to me had expired FEBRUARY OF 2003 ~ a year before I made my purchase! I sent an email and left a phone message, but no one responded. Customer service is extremely poor. In fact, you must leave a phone message because a living person will not answer the phone. I then called a non-toll free phone number where I spoke with Janna, and was eventually transferred to Mike, a manager, apparently, *the* manager, or the "end of the road" as he put it. He stated that since it was past 10 days from the date I received the order, he would do nothing about it. Please beware when ordering with this company. I am in the process of reporting this to Muscle-Tech since vitaglo.com clearly does not care whether they distribute outdated bars. From now on I will order with other online companies that will match vitaglo's prices and shipping specials. "
