"I have been a regular purchaser from vitaglo.com. They occassionally lag on shipment, but this is to be expected when you are using the FREE SHIPPING option. They have screwed up only one of my orders in the past 4 years, which they told me to ship back and the shipping would be credited. I did not do this, though and decided to just use the products instead.

I have literally spent thousands of dollars there and will continue to do so due to prices.

"I used Vitaglo.com a few years ago and found their service and prices to be the best. After a 3 year hiatus I returned and was skeptical and hesitant with all the poor reviews listed here. In the end, I placed my order, recieved it in 3 days to Alaska with free shipping!! I am still extremely happy and plan to continue to shop with them."

"I've ordered from vitaglo ALOT over the past two years. I had a problem once with a missed item but they promptly shipped the missed item. While there are lots of negative reviews here, I use them all of the time. The shipping turn-around time is amazing! The "customer service line" is a bummer but I'm guessing that if they hired a call center for all of their orders, then they couldn't offer low prices. If you have any problems, just hold the charge PEOPLE. I just placed an order this morning for vitamins and protein powder and saw a request to place feedback. Love vitaglo."

"Why is this company still in business?? On 6/5/05 I ordered 4 cans of protein powder and vitaglo sent me product that was outdated by 6-8 months. Additionally, one of the cans was open and much of the product had spilled out. I sent the company an email message informing them of this and I returned the order for a refund. Several weeks later I emailed them again to ask if they had credited my credit card. They responded with an incredibly rude email message and indicated that they would issue a credit the following day. However, they did not do so. After repeated email messages to the company, I finally filed a transaction dispute. My credit card company got involved and three months later the company refunded all but $8 of my money. I filed another dispute for the $8, and after another three months, the $8 was refunded. The entire process took six months and I was still out the money ($13) I spent sending the old product back to them. I will never order from vitaglo again and I suggest you steer clear of them as well. "

"These people have fantastic prices but the more I order from them, the more I have to call them and remind them to ship my order. Now they won’t even answer their telephone. They now leave you with an automated voicemail system. Don't bother leaving a message, they will NOT respond. I have called twice and also emailed them after that.

My last call to them was demanding them to cancel my order as the latest trend these days seems to be a coincidentally having my order shipping out the exact day and moment I call to cancel the order (after waiting a week for it to ship). I also asked them to confirm the cancellation so I could purchase these items elsewhere and avoid double ordering.

That is far too much to ask for though. That was 4 days ago and still no response! They will not ship my order nor communicate with me either by phone or email. So I have decided to warn other people of this so they don't have to wait for weeks after placing an order and have their money out there somewhere wondering if it is going to post any day rather than being able to move on and just purchase the items elsewhere. This order was placed 12 days ago and hasn't even shipped yet nor will they give me the time of day in regards to the status of the order!

"I purchased three times from Vitaglo because of the cheap price. First buy was satisfied. Second time got wrong brand but since it's a similar item, not much compaint. And here comes the third and the horrible time. One of the items I purchased arrived damaged while the rest of the same items in the same box are not. The customer service replied coldly and asked me to contact UPS to file a damage claim! But isn't it the seller's responsibility to ensure that the product is packed well before it's mailed out? This is the worst online shopping experience ever! I won't buy from Vitaglo again and would rather pay more to have better service! "
