"The system isn’t working properly. None of the payment methods will go through. I’ve been trying for several days now. Never got a call back from customer service never got any response. Finally got a hold of somebody who said there’s no supervisors on the weekend and I find that very hard to believe so if you have an extra on a weekend, you don’t have anybody to reach out to you just leave your employees to deal with the chaos on their own. I don’t think so. There Hass to be a supervisor and I expect next time for somebody to get in contact with me sooner as a result I’m left without my supplies that I’ve been trying to order for several days and get in contact with you guys but nobody ever contact me back so I would’ve ordered elsewhere if I had known this is just absolute ridiculous garbage there’s no way there’s no supervisor for your employees to reach out to on a weekend. Then you guys should be closed."
