"I signed up for the auto reorder last time, but you did not offer the best deal online. Instead, you offered a case of 72 at a higher price. (said better offer was out of stock, case of 24 at the time). So I ordered the 72 because I need them. The discount equals the regular price of the better offer.
The item delivered was not 72 per case but packed in 48 instead. So you had the better price item available but just took it offline and took advantage of your customer's needs. Now I'm getting stuck with full price at different prices than last time. Bait and Switch!"

"I placed an order a week ago, never had it shipped & yesterday I wake up to see that my order was cancelled & my money was refunded (at least) but it stated 1-3 day shipping & I got stuck having to reorder everything. I get back online to make an order today and the products I wanted went up in price! So then I say oh well I really need them so I go to purchase. The total came to $45 with a discount that was applied but when It charged my card the total was $69! How does that even happen????? There’s a few other things that I’m unhappy about but I’ll be here typing forever if I talk about those. "

For a Medical Supply Company that I have access to as far as I’m concerned I’ll never have to go to any other Medical Supply Store ever again for anything I might need ! As far as I’m concerned all the other stores and pharmacy supply stores can close ! That’s how happy I am with their products and the prices !
