"On 21 October 2022, I ordered 3M Durapore Surgical Silk Hypoallergenic tape [3 inch x 10 yards, 4 rolls/box, 3 boxes] from the Vitality Medical website. The box displayed on their website CLEARLY shows the word "Hypoallergenic." The tape I received from Vitality Medical was NOT Hypoallergenic.
Customer Service cannot/will not resolve the problem. They must "consult" with unknown entities.
The product I purchased is NOT the product I received. This is Bait & Switch" marketing.
I do NOT recommend this firm.
