Once you access the material it is hard to navigate the website- the page does not show in full, it does not have the page numbers, and you can not scroll to the left to see the last few words on each line. It is very disappointing. I even tried to copy and paste it into word to be able to read it easier and it will only copy and paste 1/2 of a paragraph at a time. Not user friendly."

There was no specification or information stating that was going to be the case. So instead of the bookshelf app I have to remember that website. It’s awkward to read from the site. It would have been nice to know all of this prior to ordering."
