"I have not had any trouble whatsoever with Vital source textbooks until I bought a Tophat book through your service. Tophat has some issues in the site that need to be worked out specifically in regard to sign in issues. The site automatically opens to a sign-in for Tophat employees which is kinda dumb on its own but then there is no indication on how to get around that so I had to go talk to someone at my college about it before getting access to my purchase. I would advise that you work out a system to allow access to Top Hat books through your own system or drop them altogether to keep your good reputation up."
