ViveDecor's customer service team was top-notch--they replied promptly to my questions and sent me a replacement for a part that was damaged without any hesitation. They actually sent the entire mantel box for my electric fireplace, not just the particular part that needed replacing, all at their expense. Thank you. The ViveDecor website and order emails are simple, clean and intuitive. Their price on the fireplace was the lowest by far of all online retailers including Amazon and Costco (ViveDecor had an awesome $40 discount promotion on at the time). Since they're located in Ohio (or is it Arkansas?) I didn't pay sales tax, and ViveDecor picked up the shipping on my 200lb fireplace box. Amazing! I could not locat the VCS501 Series grill anywhere. Everyone had it on backorder. I was able to phone ViveDecor and speak to Ava who was very helpful she explained that ViveDecor.com actually warehouses their product and they in fact had 1 in stock. I went ahead and ordered with Ava and 1 day later I received an email stating my order had shipped out with FEDEX FREIGHT. I tracked it and showed I would be receiving in in 3 days. I don't understand how anybody could have experienced a bad time with vivDecor.com "
"HORRIBLE Experience. This is a con. All those glorious testimonials HAVE to be from the owner or website optimizer because once they get your money you will never hear from them again. 7/18/11 website didn't work so I called the number and ordered a $1300 built-in grill, told them I have contractors waiting to install it would it be here on time - girl who took the order assured me it would be here with free 3 day air shipping. That was the ONLY time they answered the phone. They charged my card immediately with no record of it being shipped. Left 2 messages every day over the next few days that were ignored and never returned. I finally emailed them to tell them I am asking my bank to stop payment, and on 7/22 got a boiler plate response that they "contacted the warehouse and my order would be shipped next week with free three day air". It is now 7/29 and still no word. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR BELIEVE THOSE SO CALLED RAVE REVIEWS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service if this is even really a company. I just hope I can get my money back before these thieves send it offshore.

"Worst internet shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered a portable A/C unit. Five days later, my account was billed for the unit I ordered, but I received two phone calls stating it wasn't available, and would I like a larger unit for $40 more. I accepted the larger unit, and never heard another word from them. After about two weeks of no available order status, I called five times and got their v-mail and no call back. I then sent an e-mail and requested my order be canceled. Subsequently, I contacted my credit card company and requested they investigate. A couple of days later, I got an e-mail stating my order should ship shortly. Finally, after 28 days, I got an e-mail acknowledging my order had been canceled. Regardless of price, I will NEVER order any product from this company again."
"Absolutely the WORST on-line buying experience ever. I tried to purchase a gas grill cover from them. This was going to be a gift for someone. It's been about 1 1/2 weeks since placing the order and the order status is still unchanged. I have tried e-mailing them multiple times and have not gotten a response. I have phoned them multiple times and all you get is a stupid recording saying essentially that they are too busy to talk to you. I have left messages on their answering machine begging them to call me back and have gotten no response."
"The worst online shopping experience ever!
I wanted to buy a black stylish coffee table, and the price was best with vivedecor. I saw it had good ratings online (but I never read them to realize they were all posted by a same person who obviously does a good job advertising the site) so I decided to buy it from here.
5 days after, no tracking number, no money withdrawn. 10 days after, my money is taken away, and there's still no shipment info on my account with them. Few days after I tried calling and emailing them. Nobody replies to the emails and on the phone I always get the same message: "you reached this message either due to a high call volume or calling out of our business hours". 3 weeks after the table finally arrives - all corners broken, split apart, chipped. The color is definitely NOT BLACK as advertised, ordered and claimed on the package label. Left numerous voice mails and emails, and I just got an automated no-reply email back that I need to provide them with photos of the item before they give me an address where to ship it back. I followed a link they gave me where to reply and it says the session has expired. This is so ridiculously frustrating, I have no words to explain it. I'm stuck with a broken table that I spent 400 bucks for.
And by the way, after all of this I started reading all the nice reviews about vivedecor that made dare to buy something from them, and I bet they were all written by a same person who obviously takes a good care to keep the rating so high.
DON'T EVER DARE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. EVER!"

"I am currently into week 3 of trying to get my Sofa. It is the first time I've purchased something (so large) online. It will probably we the last. I am currently trying to get a tracking # and I am going back & forth between the Mfr & the online retailer. What a nightmare. About 20 long distance phone calls & 3 faxes and untold emails later I STILL haven't gotten confirmation that it's shipped! They say that its been marked for shipping but NO tracking number. Beware, if you try to getahold of these folks you will undoubtedly get the dreaded "sorry you have called during a period of high call volume" message...if your lucky and keep trying you might just maybe after many, many tries get a human. (don't hold your breath) They have a 5 star rating Hmmm I wonder who they pay to filter out the real customers. Anyway that's my review and I'm sticking by it. Still no sofa and still no tracking # 3 weeks in."
