"I have never received worse customer service in my life. I originally ordered a product from another vendor May 8, only to then find out it wouldn't be shipped until later, and then later, and then later. After more searching I found ViveDecor sold the same product for a higher price but I was willing to pay the additional cost as I needed the product then. So, I called ViveDecor on May 21, to verify they had the product in stock, which they assured me they did. It is now June 13, and I have still not received my order, nor is it anticipated to ship until June 15 . . . possibly. The part that upset me even more is that I made multiple phone calls and sent multiples emails voicing my irritation and that I would like them to either meet the first price or cancel my order altogether. When asked to meet the price their only real concern was that the other vendor was not an "authorized dealer" and this was causing THEM an issue with me wanting the product for less. I was willing to pay more to the product sooner, but now I am paying more to get it in the same amount of time I would have from the other vendor. At least the horrible customer service I received at the other vendor would have cost less. I will NEVER . . . I repeat NEVER shop there again!"
"I'm surprised so many people had positive contacts with Vive Decor. I have had nothing but problems. I ordered a Steve Silver Oslo desk and chair, in white. I scoured the internet to find the best deal and read all the descriptions for the furniture and was confident it would arrive WHITE! It's cream. It does not match and I have been dealing with Vive Decor and the manufacturer for over 3 weeks to resolve the issue. Lisa at the manufacturer confirms that the color is not white and she has no idea why the websites describe it as white. Vive Decor insists that my monitor settings are wrong and the color delivered is correct. The problem is, the description is white, not offwhite, not antique white, not cream, but WHITE!
Vive Decor will take the item back, but I have to pay for return shipping, have shipping deducted from the original purchase price and pay a 25% stocking fee.
They NEVER answer their phone. You always have to leave a message and someone calls you back. It has been one week and no one will return my phone calls or emails.
If you decide to order from this vendor be aware of their return policy, question colors and descriptions and be prepared to be disappointed, with no solutions offered to rectify the situation."

"I have purchased nearly everything for my house online. I found a ViveDecor while browsing around at lunch break and boy am I glad. We really just needed a coffee table for our living room but after ViveDecor, we are considering redoing the entire basement.
Placing the order and the website was great. The order was shipped within 24 hours and delivered the following day which I found to be very impressive for furniture. Unfortunately, we ran into some problems while assembling the table. The hardware set wasnt included and one part was damaged by FEDEX. At first I was frustrated and called ViveDecor to leave a message. As I was leaving a message, on caller waiting I noticed ViveDecor calling. I could not believe it. I switch the line and the most pleasant woman apologized for the missing the call a million times and had a new set of hardware and the damaged part shipped to me. She called me 5 days later to follow up and find out if I was satisfied with the coffee table, if there is anything else she can do for us. I could not believe my ears. When have you ever heard a company calling days later to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase? Amazing is what I would call Nicole and ViveDecor. "

"Horrible experience and like others said before me, probably the 5
star reviews are written by the company owner himself or his
webmaster. Ordered a fireplace on 03/23/2012 and the order was just
sitting in their system with 'to be shipped'. When I called several
times and sent emails I finally received a message from a girl named
Mary in which she confirmed that it shipped Tuesday (04/03/2012) and
I should receive tracking on Wednesday morning. It took again
several calls and emails and even a message on their Facebook page, to
get an update on Thursday 04/05/2012 that it will not ship before
Friday 04/06/2012 and I should receive tracking on Monday
04/09/2012. At this point we decided to cancel this order and get
the fireplace from a more reliable source (Amazon), since we rented
equipment for the install and had contractors waiting for almost 2
weeks now.
Obviously the cancellation was ignored and all of the sudden now
they claimed that this fireplace had already been shipped on Thursday
and one person even said Wednesday. I was lied to in order to keep
my money or collect horrendous restocking fees (25%)
..if they ever decide to ship it.
Asking for a tracking# to confirm that it was in fact shipped before my
cancellation on Thursday, ended in another dead end. So did at least
5 messages leting them know that with 'cancel my order' I really meant
'cancel my order'
It is now Friday evening 04/06/2012 and I just cancelled my credit
card and requested a chargeback from my bank.
What a waste of time and I can only recommend to stay as far away from
Vive Decor as possible if you try to get a project done."
"I just want to say that Vive Decor rocks, not only with the variety of Merchandise they sell, but also the Customer Service. I recently purchased a Lift-Top Coffee Table from them and unfortunately it arrive with damage to the top. I was asked to send a couple of pictures of the damage, and in a matter of a few days I had a replacement. Outstanding, the best service I've ever received."
"Fantastic transaction. I ordered a sideboard from them on a Thursday night and received it a week later on Friday!! One of the doors had a crack in it, so I sent an email to the company. I had a response within a few hours requesting the part number and pictures. I provided both and 3 days later I had a new door. This one was also cracked, I just responded to my first email with pictures and received another door 3 days later. No issues this time!! I will be back, and I highly recommend this vendor. The responded to all emails and resolved all issues, plus fast delivery!! Highly recommend."
