"On Monday, during hurricane Sandy I ordered a desk from Vivedecor.com. Then read some of the negative reviews on reseller ratings. Needless to say, I freaked! Well, I want all of you to know that that my desk arrived 3 days later. Yes, the box it came in was dented and sliced up in places...I took pictures. There was no need. It was so well packed that there wasn't a scatch on it. It was easy to assemble and looks GREAT!!! Great quality too! Very pleased with everything"

"I am not usually the one to write reviews online - but here goes, because i think they deserve this. I ordered a Dimplex BLF50 and had it sent to my brother. I was really apprehensive about ordering such an expensive item over the internet.
Anyways - my brother received the order in 5 days flat - it was quick, in perfect packaging and price was cheaper than anyone else i could find in the country. I am glad i went with these guys because it was really a job well done from point A to point B. I will buy again for sure.

"DO NOT BUY from this COMPANY ! I ordered a very nice set of speaker stands, and this company did the ‘ol Bait & Switch. They sent me a set that looked like the ones I ordered but were a cheap version. Most people probably wouldn’t have noticed. I called and emailed over & over and finally they credited back the difference between the one I ordered and the cheap set. I did not want the cheap set. After many more emails they sent me a call tag and said a credit would be issued once they received the delivery.
NO CREDIT WAS EVER ISSUED ! I have been emailing and calling for 10 months, with proof of delivery and still have not received my money back. This company has STOLEN MY MONEY at this time.
I have gotten empty promises from Eric Throckmorton, Mary Parker and now no response from Craig Keithly. Their customer service is non-existent. Again I ADVISE YOU. . . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

"I ordered a Vermont Castings VCS422SSN BBQ Grill for my house. Our old one lasted us 6 years so I knew Vermont makes an amazing grill. Ichecked a lot of websites, and ViveDecor.com
had the lowest price and free shipping. They have a tracking system (this grill had to be trucked), with a date for estimated delivery. The shipping company did call me,and I was able to track it online as well. I checked online and found out that delivery. FEDEX Freight arrived later, unloaded the shipment, and that was it. I unboxed the grill, and it looks great. I haven't tried the grill out yet, but if there's a problem, it's a warranty issue, because the box arrived undamaged. Some buyers may have an issue with ViveDecor.com but all I can say is that I was very pleased with the product and the service. In addition to the best price, I also received a 3% Vivedecor.com rebate, which was a substantial amount considering the price of the grill, which was over $1500. I used the rebate to lower the price on a microwave that I just ordered. Thank you ViveDecor you guys have been amazing to work with.

"This place is a criminal enterprise. Look at the other negative reviews and DO NOT waste your time and money here.

Three weeks after ordering 2 file cabinets I had received no deliveries nor communication. There is no actual staff and there isn't even a working voice mail. Emails are not answered and I didn't get any response until I contacted Visa. Then they rushed out ONE file cabinet in the WRONG color. Now I'll have to pay to ship this back.

"HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE in EVERY way! Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY!!!!!

I would not send my worst enemy to this place! The customer service is...unexplainable! They NEVER answer the phone, you ALWAYS get the same recording regardless of the timing & the LIES....I orderd 2 tables that I could have bought somewhere else but hey their price was better. So after ordering the tables that said IN STOCK I got an email that said they were on back order & would be delayed but should be soon. I ordered them on March 31 & needed them by April 30...DID NOT HAPPEN! I got broken tables at the end of JULY! Yes ordered in March got 2 BROKEN tables in JULY & I had to FIX them MYSELF. I bought new glass tops & painted the bases while paying close to $400 for the tables! CRAP I say....

I started calling & every once in a while I actually talked to a human but that stopped after about 2 months! STILL no tables.... Despite my numerous calls into them, they would not return my phone calls. When I finally got my tables BOTH bases were marked up & the glass tops were BOTH broken. I actually spoke to 2 people (Chris & Nicole as well as emails from Kathy, heaven help her if she has to speak to a person) about the situation & they said, don't worry about saving the boxes etc...the company will probably send you 2 new tables so I threw the BIG bulky boxes away thinking that the company takes care of their customers, NOT.... NO WAY.....THE PITTS...STAY AWAY


They said that they would find a glass store in my area to replace the glass since I told them that I would paint the bases just send me the glass. I was so tired of dealing with them & needed my office tables for clients! They did but the problem was that it wasn't the SAME type of glass & the measurements were WRONG. So now I'm mad all over again! They NEVER got me the glass & NEVER got back in touch with the glass company who made the glass via email or phone. Can you say BAD BUSINESS? The glass company even said to me that when they spoke to them something just DID NOT seem RIGHT? I ended up ordering 2 glass tops from another glass company because I have a client who makes furniture. YES I should have just had him make it from the beginning...A LESSON LEARNED!

Interesting thing is that when you call and ask to speak to a manager or owner when someone answers the phone, they tell you that he isn't in at the moment but can have one call you back which never happens by the way. One day I actually spoke to a nice employee & she said she was at HOME...OK?

I'm amazed at how they got 5 star reviews from others, but they are probably writting the reviews themselves! Had I known they were this way with their customers I would have paid MORE & I mean MUCH MORE for the same product! I would have never ordered anything with them.


I WOULD NEVER recommend them for ANYTHING...goes back to the old saying, you get what you pay for so STAY AWAY this is your fair warning :)

"Beware! This company was so difficult and I ended up paying almost half of the cost of the item for restocking fees and shipping. I bought the George Nelson Control Brand Sunburst wall clock as a housewarming gift for one of my best friends. I had it delivered to her home and based on the website description, it was supposed to be an exact replica of the original George Nelson clock in red with a white colored face. When she received the clock, the face of it was clearly a yellowish color that did not go with her decor. She decided to return the clock and I contacted both Control Brand and Vive Decor to explain that the clock was not appropriately represented in their description. I paid $119.99 for the clock and we paid to return the clock to the warehouse. It took 2 months of repeated calls and emails to get any response and the eventual refund I received was for $62.58. They charged me a restocking fee of $30 plus shipping charges of $27.41. I essentially paid $57.41 for nothing but a headache and I still had to pay the return shipping and get another gift for my friend. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE VIVE DECOR. They do not respond if there are problems and in my case they penalize the customer when they and their suppliers misrepresent their products. I should also say that I never write these kind of reviews but when it costs me close to $100 for absolutely nothing but headaches and no actual product, it is clearly a horrible experience and others should be cautious about this company and their unfair policies."

"ViveDecor was easy ordering, and my wife and I received our King platform bed in about 7 days via truck line. These folks have their act together for processing orders and I think the sell alot although I am certain it is all drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Once you get ahold of them on the phone they give excellent service and follow up, but I feel it might be a husband and wife team. Kudos to who ever developed your ecom processes. I am amazed how efficient the order was processed and executed. I have no issues with trusting these folks with another order. I know I will receive it and if I have to call I know I might have to make several tries to get through, but get excellent service when it is my turn...

"OMG! I was hoping this was going to be a positive experience. Horrible time connecting with anyone in regards to missing parts on my barbecue! Emails not returned after 3 attempts and unable to reach any live persons by phone. I left 4 messages with my concerns with no results. Unbelievable! I will never do business with this place again!"

"Very Low Prices at ViveDecor.com I did a price comparison and they by far had the lowest price on the net. I also loved the free shipping and no sales tax. I love being able to shop online with a trusting online retailer. It makes it so nice to have anything you want delivered to your house in 3 days with a few clicks of the mouse. I am pleased with my order and very pleased with the customer service at VivDecor. I received not only confirmation emails but I actually received a follow up phone call to make sure my item was received and I was happy. Now that is Service! I ordered my new KEF T305 System from Vive. It shipped the same day I ordered and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than all the competition. I will order from vive from now on as long as they have what I am looking for."

"I recently purchased the kitchen cart. The shipment was quick and the granite was packaged very well. The instructions are the BEST ones I have ever seen! I was able to assemble this cart just by following the instructions to the letter! The cart is amazing! You never know what your going to get and how solid the product is until you put it together. Its very solid and an amazing piece of furniture. Crosley Makes great products. I am thinking about ordering a crosley TV stand from Vivedecor.com as well. The kitchen cart really frees up my counter space. The granite top makes it look so rich and elegant! I definitely recommend this product! I love it and its great quality."

"I ordered lounge chairs in April and through no fault of Vive Decor, they were back ordered from the manufacturer for a long time. However when I contacted customer service they responded with a day and answered my questions about the status of my order. I checked in from time to time and was given updates from the head of customer service. When the items arrived at the manufacturer and were back in stock they were shipped out immediately. Their prices were lower than any other website and I would use them again."

"I ordered a Vermont Castings VCS322SSP 3-Burner, Propane BBQ Grill in Stainless Steel. ViveDecor's price was competitive with other suppliers and included free shipping (325 lbs.)The item was on back order and scheduled to ship the 1st week in June. Mid June I called to get an update. I received both a call and email providing the current status. I was called/ emailed again when ViveDecor received the grill from Vermont Castings and they provided 3-day delivery to our home in Oregon at no cost to make-up some time for the back order delay.

"Horrific customer service -- worst online shopping experience EVER and I have been shopping online for years. I ordered a Granbury bench on March 5 that said it was in stock. Then I was told it was actually backordered and it would be two weeks, then two more weeks, then two more weeks, and each time I had to call to find this out -- no updates were ever provided. I just kept waiting and waiting. All along NO ONE ever answered their phone and they would only reply by email that it would be here soon. I waited, and waited, and tried to cancel and repeatedly asked for the courtesy of a phone call with an update or at least notice of when it would ship. Finally on Jun 19 the bench appeared on my doorstep. The very first piece I took out of the shipping container was cracked in half. I called, reported the damage and requested a return, refund and still a PHONE CALL and received nothing but standard email asking me for the part# so they can send a replacement Lord only knows when. No discount is worth this headache and the grief it has caused me for almost four months!!! I still have a DAMAGED and unusable product that I have been charged full price for. Don't walk - RUN AWAY from ViveDecor.com!"
