I ordered a new Amantii BI-60-SLIM fire and ice fireplace and i received it in 4 business days, I also received email updates and notifications through out the process. When I received my fireplace I needed an extra bag of the glass beads that actually go inside the fire place to give it a modern curb appeal and ViveDecor shipped me an extra bag for free. "Absolutely the worst retailer I've ever dealt with. I purchased a wine cooler from Vivedecor.net because it was listed as being in stock. Nobody else had one available, they were all backordered. After nothing for three weeks, leaving multiple email requests and phone messages, I finally received word that it was back ordered. My payment had already been processed. Finally received the item after 2+ months. Then after having it for 6 months, it malfunctioned. I again attempted to contact Vivedecor.net, leaving messages and emails. Nothing. Lucky for me, the distributor/manufacturer (Twinstar international) is outstanding. Gave them a description and picture of the problem, they sent me repair parts. Too bad the retailer is such a bad representation of a good distributor. I believe most of the positive reviews of Vivedecor.net were probably written by himself."

"A young company with good prices. They are a mostly a furniture internet store not a manufacturer. People complaining about delivery dates should keep in mind this is usually not up to vive. If you look at other sites you will find they have pretty competitive pricing. All these sites will have to buy from the same importer or factory. The dates will not change.
The competitive price is no magic, they are small, have little running costs (not brick and mortar type) thus your gain. Is there room for improvement? Sure. there is always room for improvement. "On 07 May 2015, I ordered a $90 portable dehumidifier from ViveDecor.net. My credit card was charged $90 on 08 May. 11
days after my credit card was billed, I received an email from ViveDecor stating "Your Order is in Processing". On 23 May, I
received a package, but it did not contain the model I ordered. The model I did receive is sold by ViveDecor for $60 and is
unacceptable to me since is does not have the features I require. I called ViveDecor 3 times and could net get a person
on the phone, I left a voice message and never got a call back. I also sent an email asking for the model I ordered and several days later received a reply stating, "the original item you ordered has actually been replaced by the item you received." I called again and this time got a very rude person that basically said "it's not our fault and you do not see our address on the shipping label. The rude person also said I would get a return shipping label via email in the next few minutes. It has been 12 hours since the phone call and I do not have the return shipping label yet."
"My experience with ViveDecor was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. It's still not over and my guess is that my opinion of the company will only drop from here.
Originally ordered a pair of KEFR300 loudspeakers on 4-27-2015. At first things seemed OK as I received an email confirming the purchase. The next email gave me a little concern as it outlined three steps in the order process.
The first step was a 1-3 day process of waiting for my credit card to confirm. As it turned out, the charge posted to my card on precisely the same day I placed my order. If I can say one thing positive about ViveDecor it's that they have the payment collection process down cold.
The next step was the "over-packaging" that would take 1-2 days. I'll come back to this in a minute but they give the impression that they care so much about your order that they want to beef up the factory packaging.
The final step was the actual shipping which might take 2-3 days.
On 5-4-2015 I called the support phone number for ViveDecor. It immediately went to voice mail. I left a message asking about the status of my package. My voice mail message was never answered. I also sent an email inquiry on the same day. Same response--none.
On 5-6-2015 I called again and managed to connect with "Chris." I'm pretty sure that Chris is the only employee answering the phones at ViveDecor and I feel sorry for him because it can't be a positive experience.
On that call Chris assured me that my speakers were on their way and should arrive at their facility within a day or so.
I called again on 5-7-2015 and again spoke with Chris. My speakers still weren't in but another set (with a different finish) were in the warehouse and could be shipped. I authorized overnight shipping at that time (at my increased expense) and Chris promised to email me the tracking number later that day. The tracking number email never arrived.
On 5-8-2015 I called ViveDecor again and left a message for Chris. The first call was early in the morning. When I didn't receive a call back from Chris after 2-3 hours, I called again. At this point Chris knew I'd be calling so the message immediately went to voice mail. Then the system explained that Chris' mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. This went on for the rest of the day.
On the same day (5-8-2015) I called my card company and began the dispute process. I filed the claim as "merchandise not received."
Around 6 PM on 5-8-2015 I received a notice from ViveDecor that a shipping label with FedEx had been created. Normally that means that you can start tracking the package a few hours later after the package is delivered or picked up by FedEx. Not so with ViveDecor. I tracked that number for the next 11 days and ViveDecor never put the package into the FedEx system.
On 5-17-2015 I finally wised up and ordered my speakers directly from KEF. The speakers shipped on 5-18-2015 and they arrived at my office in PA on 5-19-2015.
Today (5-19-2015) I received notice from FedEx that the package finally was picked up (not in New York but in Missouri) at 4 PM. Surprisingly, the ViveDecor package weighed only 48 pounds compared to the KEF Direct package which weighed 67 pounds. The over-packaging that ViveDecor claims to do must be very light-weight.
In summary, don't let the savings persuade you to do business with these shysters. I have no idea what they're shipping because I've already instructed FedEx to reject the package. I'm sure I've got more fun ahead.
