An issue arose when the manufacturer of the console did not have this available to ship to ViveDecor in time. As they were unable to hit the ship date they had promised through no fault of their own, they offered a $50 credit, essentially selling it to me at their cost. The person I spoke to over the phone went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this problem! "

"The salesmen where very friendly and helpful. My order was stolen because Fedex left it by my door when nobody was home. I contacted ViveDecor about this and they offered to ship me out another order or give me a refund. I chose a refund since I had already purchased a replacement.
The problem was completely Fedex's fault but ViveDecor's service department was very friendly and helpful in getting this issue resolved."

"I am writing they review AGAIN, as VIVEDecor has contacted Reseller Ratings, FALSY claiming I invented my terrible experience with them and never even ordered from them.
I have supplied ResellerRatings with ALL documentation of my horrible experience with these people and will not be silenced by them!—ORIGINAL POST: To all people potentially ordering from VIVE Decor: DO NOT!!! They are SCAM artists!!!! I made the mistake and ordered from these people and I am STILL trying to get my money back! I actually managed to receive some merchandise after complaining repeatedly. Only problem: It was the WRONG daybed . When I refused the delivery, I spoke to the manufacturer who told me this: after thy had informed VIVE-Decor that the item I had ordered was discontinued, they DELIBERATELY and WILLFULLY decided to send me the WRONG item. What? I would NOT notice the difference between a light grey wool and a charcoal grey Polyester????
The most disgusting part: This all happened AFTER I had unsuccessfully tried to cancel the order after I got suspicious. These people are liars and thiefs! Do NOT order from these crooks!!! I have now involved the fraud department of my credit card company and I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau—UPDATE: 09/24. I did contact the BBB of Cleveland and these AMAZING people reacted IMMEDIATELY and got ViveDecor to refund my money immediately. I am happy to report, I finally received my refund YESTERDAY, a full 5 weeks after my order! "

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! It took over 11 weeks for the couch to arrive! The website showed the item in stock then after I order it on 2/8/14 I receive an email the next day stating that the item is not in stock. I was told that it was sold out from the manufacturer. The email stated that I was 4 out of 517 and that the item is scheduled to ship March 10th 2014. I then received a second email on 2/12/14 stating that my pre-order place is 4 out of 517 and is now scheduled to ship March 17, 2014. I get another email on the march 17 stating that the item will be shipped within 1-2 business days. I receive another email on 3/26 stating that they spoke to the manufacturer and my product is almost finished being produced (whatever that means). Fast forward to 4/2 I still have no couch. I emailed the company and expressed my frustration. I received an email same day stating they spoke to Wholesale Interiors Baxton Studios and they have my order information in their system and they stated as soon as the item comes in stock the order will automatically ship out. Remember that I received an email on march 17th stating that the item will be shipped out within 1 -2 business days. I then received a new ETA of 4/11. I did some more digging into the company and found that the delivery is basically dropped outside of your door. The company ViveDecor uses a delivery company that does not deliver on weekends AND does not bring the item into your home. Unless you pay a $115 fee. If you want the item unwrapped and placed in a room of your choice it would cost more. 4/11 comes and goes and still no couch. I call ViveDecor again and was told to hold on while they contact the manufacturer. The ViveDecor associate tells me that the container is still in China and isn't scheduled to leave for another 4 weeks. By this time I am fuming and I tell my wife. My wife does some more digging, finds the manufacturers contact information and was told that it was a complete lie. I then call the manufacturer and was told that the item is sitting in a warehouse in Chicago waiting for ViveDecor to set up shipping or something along those lines. I could not believe it! after $1,300 dollars I would expect better. I finally receive the item on 4/21, lost a day of work to wait for the delivery truck to arrive AND had to ask a friend to help me bring the couch into my home. The couch arrives with scuff marks and what looked to be black magic marker markings on the corners of the couch and on one of the couch cushions. I cannot begin to tell you how furious I was. after 11 weeks and $1,300 dollars later this is what I get. The couch was wrapped in plastic and the corners were marked with black marker. I also made sure to cut the plastic so the outside wouldn't touch the couch. Little did I know the marks were already there. I then call ViveDecor again and was simply told to take pictures and they'll send another couch out to me. I just laughed at the guy and told him to forget it.. They couldn't refund my money or even give me some sort of discount for all the hell they put me through. The best they could do was offer to take 5% off of my next order. HA! that will never happen! I will never buy furniture online again and I suggest if you do not to buy it from this company."
"I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and only received 2 notifications. The first was that my card would be charged, and the second a week later was that the item was to be shipped. Two weeks later, and it still says to be shipped. I have tried numerous times to call and email Vivedecor, and I have not received any return emails or phone calls. This business is very unprofessional. How many other businesses do not answer their phone during business hours? Oh wait, it gets better. The answering service sounds like a poorly recorded home answering machine message."
"I placed an order on the ViveDecor web site for a high-end television stand, only to find out after the order had been accepted that the manufacturer had just discontinued the television stand and had no more in stock. I was not happy, for the ViveDecor web site should not have accepted my order if the item was discontinued. The ViveDecor sales rep was apologetic and suggested an alternative, JSP Serenade, which was much nicer than the one I had ordered - and at a rock-bottom low price that I could not refuse (I could tell that it was rock-bottom based on how much it was sold for elsewhere.) I also ordered the mounting bracket accessory that the manufacturer ships with the JSP Serenade. After the television stand and mounting bracket arrived, I was unable to move it into my family room due to heavy icing on my walkway, so it stayed in the garage for a month. A few days ago I moved it into my family room and put the television on it. Beautiful! However, it then became clear that the mounting bracket was not needed ($239!). I contacted ViveDecor and asked if I could return the bracket. I was pretty sure that they would say no, but to my surprise, they remembered the hassle I went through with the initial order, and accepted the return with a full refund minus the shipping fee. That’s quality service. I’m a very happy ViveDecor customer!"
