"I was sold 2 tickets to the wrong event by the sales agent online (Brady D. ext 2570), no one in costumer would review our online conversation we had. I gave him all the correct information on our online conversation. No one in costumer service is willing to fix the mix up. I made several calls but no one in costumer service would allow me to talk to a supervisor or a manager. Not sure why I got blamed for the for the mix up."
