"When ging through the ordering process of tickets the final step was declined, the most important one "Payment". After trying I started the online chat and was helped extremely friendly and accurate by Natalia together we met the same difficulty and luckily for me she knew what might be the cause, blocking payment by the CC company. Natalia told me what to do after talking me through the process, half an hour later we talked again and now Natalia was able to succeed.
