Spent over $1,800 USD.. technical issue with app.. try to purchase them on the app.. had the phone in the cc #.. same one I've used online in the app. Was told by multiple employees there would be no issue... Was on the phone the next day with customer service for 45 minutes to be told - because I didn't make the purchase on the app - points were not added. The purchases never would have been made if I wasn't given the points. I never experienced this sort of treatment before in the ticket market. Will be filing a letter of complaint"
"Ashley was very patient while assisting me with my ticket purchase to my Steeler's home football game. She listened to my concerns and provided assurance by explaining every detail involved with the ticket purchase. She even offered me additional discounts on the purchase.
I am extremely satisfied with my customer service experience with Vivid Seats. However, I must advise that the process involved with "accepting" the tickets was a bit overwhelming! I also have yet to confirm that the mobile-ticket method is a smooth transition for entry into the football event.
