"Justin was wonderful when we were buying tickets to the Notre Dame vs. Georgia football game. We had tried several times to complete the order but it had been rejected each time. We called Vivid Seats and Justin knew exactly what the problem was. He stayed on the line with us as we dealt with our Credit Card holder to remove some fraud flags that were blocking our purchase. It took several attempts by Justin to complete our order even after the Credit card people thought they had cleared the flags. He completed the order and we were delighted to get the fast selling tickets. He was patient and understanding throughout the entire episode.

"I purchased 3 tickets from vividseats.com on 8/11/2018 for a play at the Aronoff Theater in Cincinnati on 3/21/2019. I called Vivid Seats a few weeks before the play because I was worried that I had not yet received the tickets. I received electronic tickets via email on 3/19/2019. The tickets Vivid Seats provided were not valid because they did not include any barcode. The theater told me they would not honor a ticket wtihout a barcode. By 3 pm on the day of the show, I asked for a refund since they were not able to provide me with valid tickets. Vivid seats sold frauduent tickets, didnt refund my money or stand behind the tickets. When I complained they refused to help. This company says it guarantees its tickets are authentic, but they didnt stand behind the tickets they sold me. They responded by saying “all sales are final”. Buyer beware."
