"Vividseat offers event tickets for sale on their site that ARE NOT AVAILABLE.! After you provide your credit card numbers and confirm your "purchase" of the tickets you selected, you will get a "receipt" that confirms both the purchase and the seats you selected. However, when you go to download the tickets, you will discover - FOR THE FIRST TIME - that Vividseat unilaterally sent you tickets you did not want i.e., different seats in a different section of the venue you did not agree to buy. When questioned, they will tell you "Oh, those seats are no longer available" and that they gave you "comparable" seats. TRUTH: its classic Bait & Switch because they are knowingly advertising tickets that they know are not available! In our case, even after I called to complain about receiving tickets I did not chose, the site was STILL ADVERTISING those same unavailable tickets! Whether they hide a disclaimer on their site; it is CONSUMER FRAUD! Go to another site."

"I ordered tickets for Young Frankenstein at the Charlotte Belk Blumenthal Theatre, a very nice venue with professional productions. I received 2 community college tickets, at a completely different venue. Vivid Seats acknowledged there had been a "change" in venue, and refuses to honor their obligation to guarantee the authenticity of the tickets purchased on their site. I have communicated with three different CS reps, and the last advised me to try and sell them. No one would pay $136.11 for $17.00 community college events, and I would never try and pass these off on some other unsuspecting buyer. I am pursuing this matter with Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission. What I experienced is simply fraud, so I would suggest caution when purchasing from this company. They do not stand behind what they sell."
