"I called to order tickets for Jennifer Hudson at Ravinia Festival. The rep, Naomi Y, was wonderful and quite helpful. I will definitely use Vivid Seats again in the future! "

"The system is complex and I didn't realize when I purchased tickets that I couldn't just download them. I had to wait for a 3rd party person to send me the tickets. They sent me 2 emails one with a number and the second with a password. But the link for the password was broken. In the system you try and move forward by accepting the tickets but in my case the links never worked. But since i already accepted the tickets there is nothing I can do. This is way to risky to use. Buy tickets from a real seller where you can get them immediately after paying for them."
