I just have to say Ashley answered me and from that moment she was the most helpful person I mean she went above and beyond to help me get my seat I had problems with my bank authorizing the purchase and she waited and was even patient enough to be put on hold so I can deal with the bank. "I'm not happy with my Vivid Seats purchase. The Vivid Seats website clearly states that suite tickets include parking and catering but that's not the case with my tickets.
I contacted the venue, per the Vivid Seats representative's instruction, and spoke with the suite manager. They don't have control over what Vivid Seats includes in their packages. She explained that this particular suite holder has a long standing consistent history of not providing parking passes or catering. If I want a parking pass, I can pay separately for regular parking or valet. If I want fine catering, I need to place a bulk order for food that everyone in the suite will have access to.
This is not the concert experience that I paid $700 for. I won't be using Vivid Seats again.
