"Buying tickets initially was easy, but I ran into the issue of needing an extra ticket after already making the order. Tried the live chat online first but after about 20 minutes of no response I gave up on that. Called the 800 number and went through many automated responses that did not help. I didn't like that the responses didn't tell you how to go make to a previous menu etc. It'd be nice if I could immediately request to talk with a person. I was able to talk with a sales person, and she was as helpful as she could be. She found a ticket reasonably close to my other order.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the work of the rep I talked to, but getting to that conversation was too difficult."
"My Vivid Seats sales executive is Mark Jackson and he answered all my questions and misgivings about ordering tix for a Cubs game this year, as the Cubs are not accepting paper print out copies - must be regular ticket or by phone on the mlb app. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and correct - just received my tickets in the format I needed."
"It was difficult to reach a customer service rep. through live chat and even harder to speak with someone via phone. After finally getting through each time, each rep. was unable to help me (went through 5 reps.) and only the last and final person was able to help. The worst thing was the solution was there all along and rep. 1-4 didn't offer me the quick and easy solution. Each time I had a new rep. I would need to retell my situation even though the person that was previously was sitting right next to them. The reason why I know this is because one of them during the live chat mentioned that the person helping me previously was there and they conversed about my situation. I was **** for over 4.5 hrs. I have a lot of patience and I also am an understanding person but this whole fiasco could have been prevented on so many levels. I will never use this company ever again. "
